Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The idyllically located apartment in the countryside has been freshly renovated and newly furnished. On the south balcony you can enjoy the sun all day and spend cozy evenings in the open kitchen. Directly from the apartment you can have walks or bike rides through the fields or along the lake. The apartment is also a good starting point for excursions (e.g. Stein am Rhein, the island of Reichenau, Radolfzell and Konstanz).

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." It is 10-15 minutes on foot to the Rhine Parking directly at the apartment Bus connection in about 150m The apartment is located in a new development. Our house is ready. This beautiful 2-room apartment with separate entrance in the basement of a newly built single-family house in Wangen is in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk) to Lake Constance. Many beautiful excursion destinations such as the old town of Stein am Rhein (CH) & Hohenklingen Castle, Werd Island, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen (CH) or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park etc. are nearby.
