Parcela se prostire na 6000m i u potpunosti je ograđena kamenim zidom. Ispred kuće nalati se bazen od 55 m2. Na cijeloj parceli preko četrdeset stoljetnih maslina.

Ova se vila nalazi u malom selu Golubovo, nedaleko od Bala i Barbarige. Lokacija je idealna za pravi obiteljski odmor, a prekrasna priroda i plaže udaljeni su samo nekoliko kilometara, a za oko 20 minuta vožnje automobilom možete posjetiti veće gradove: Rovinj i Pulu. Vila može primiti 9 osoba, u prizemlju ove toplo namještene vile nalazi se dnevni boravak s kuhinjom i kaminom, kao i spavaća soba i kupaonica, dok su ostale sobe i kupaonice na katu kuće.

The heating is solar and increases the pool temperature in sunny weather. The villa also features a sauna. The ground floor has a spacious living room with access to a large covered terrace with fireplace, where there is also a table tennis table, table football and electronic darts.
