Gålå Handel which has "everything", and Gålå Hotel is in the immediate vicinity and Røsslyngstua Café is open and with delicious food on the menu. In summer there are also countless hiking opportunities, Høyt og Lavt climbing park, frisbee golf and open mountain pastures at Solbråsetra where the local woman Anne Hov invented Gudbrandsdal cheese in 1863. Cross-country ski trail goes right past the cabin, and the area offers great hiking opportunities all year round. The cabin has fiber internet, a separate TV room, fireplace and heat pump that provides a comfortable temperature in summer and winter. Walking distance to the convenience store. Perfect for both relaxation and outdoor activities such as cycling, fishing and mountain trips in summer, as well as cross-country skiing and skiing in winter.

On the west side there is a short distance to both alpine and cross country skiing. It is a short distance to several restaurants and après-ski. In summer we have great hiking opportunities both on foot and by bike that can be rented. With a half-hour drive you can reach several attractions such as Hunderfossen in the south and Fron water park in the north. Bjønnlitjønnvegen 45 offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. After a day of activities, you can relax in the spacious kitchen or in the living room, both with spectacular views.

After the trip you can relax in the lovely sauna. The cabin is spacious, well maintained and contains everything you need for unforgettable days in one of Norway's most beautiful mountain areas in Rondane National Park.

At Toppastranda, your family can stay close to everything Gålå has to offer. The cabin is a simple charming cabin that has everything you need. It is located by the road, well shielded with stunning views of Gålåvatnet and Jotunheimen. The cabin is centrally located for both summer and winter activities. Gålå is a great family destination with lots of activities for the whole family. The place is especially known for a long ski season with good ski slopes, the Peer-gynt game, and many opportunities for biking in the summer.

New cabin built in 2023, with immediate proximity to Gålå Ski Resort, with alpine slopes and cross-country trails. 5-10 min walk to Høyt og Lavt Gålå (climbing park), alpine facilities, cross-country trails right outside the door and 5 min walk to Peer-Gynt play. This cabin is perfect for friends, families with children, and has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms as well as a living room and kitchen. There are 3 double beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed. Outside you have a lovely view from the terrace with a cozy fire pit and seating.

Access to the high mountains Rondane and Jotunheimen is about 1 hour drive. The cabin is a short walk away from Gålå grocery store with year-round operation, and cafe and mountain hotel just nearby.
