Stayed one night in a group of 4. The place was spotless, impeccable! Great location as it was easy to move around with the car. Had a super cute pink coffee bar very close to the house. The owner was very responsive at all times. Our stay went very smooth. Recommend!

The apartment was fantastic! It was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect with a bakery two minutes away and very short drive to the airport. The elevator in the building was greatly appreciated with our bags. Free parking was hard to find and a 5-10 walk away from the Airbnb. The apartment was quite warm when we arrived but it cooled down comfortably after opening the windows. The bathroom was great with a good washer. The shower pressure was fantastic. It drained a little slow so it pooled up but caused no issues. The towel provided were good, but had a very slight bad smell. Our host was amazing with quick response and provided us everything we needed. We left some jackets in the closet when we left the host was very helpful in returning them to us! PS. The apartment building has such a cool design with several bridges spanning the courtyard.

The apartment is impeccable, very clean, well equipped, you will have everything you need. The apartment is close to the train station 1 km 15 min walk takes you wherever you want (Milan, Como, Malpensa...) Luca is very helpful and friendly, The apartment is similar to the AIRBNB photos with a beautiful view of the garden and forest and it is very quiet.

Emiliano helped me when I needed one extra night (due to my error in booking). He was responsive and very helpful. Thank you for your kindness and welcome.

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

There was a strike on the day we were traveling to Milan, and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the trip. Cinzia was incredibly helpful—she quickly responded and shared several alternative transportation options with us. She was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and conveniently located close to the station. We really appreciated everything!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay truly enjoyable. For future guests: this is a perfect spot if you have a car and want to explore both Milan and Lake Como while staying in a peaceful, quiet area. We had a beautiful stay at the apartment from Giancarlo. It was clean, cozy and nicely furnished. It was wonderfully air-conditioned and the balcony invited to relax in the evening. Francesca was amazing. Super helpful with everything. She met us at the apartment when we checked in, showed us into the building and where everything was in the apartment. She said we could use everything in the cupboards and fridge if we wished! It is located right in the heart of the lively Navigli area which has some great restaurants and bars. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Sometimes you stay at a place and you find a cold and barren place that lacks personality or any joy. Staying with nocolo was like having a windows to his life! The place was the best stay i had in airbnb so far. if you manage to find it open, don't hesitate in booking. Friendly and helpful Paola was the perfect hostess. My sister and I were looking for peace and relaxation, and we really got it while sitting on the apartment balcony, surrounded by greenery and beauty, enjoying the magical evening sun. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. We returned home relaxed, with wonderful memories.

The accommodation is located above the village and therefore has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well decorated and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

It was a very nice stay. We liked the location, the view of the lake and the beautiful pool very much. Only the parking spaces are a bit too small. Many thanks to Alberto, who is an excellent host.
