In the shared square, where there are 2 harmless dogs, you can park your car. Apartment for the exclusive use of guests. In summer it's always cool, even without air conditioning. Not equipped with a kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (with coffee), kettle and dishes.

A mill in the woods - cozy apartment in nature

Molinello is an ancient windmill surrounded by nature, ideal for those who love silence. It was entirely renovated to make it welcoming and functional, but preserving the original features that make it a special place. Next to the building flows the river that once operated the mills, which creates small waterfalls and tanks of clear and fresh water. It is less than 2 km from the Via degli Dei, and 25 minutes from the Rioveggio toll booth (the last km is on dirt road).

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby.
