The Beach House at Garden City is a 57 unit complex, located right on the Atlantic ocean, offers a beautiful pool, a spacious sun deck and of course Unit 102. This unit comes with One Parking Pass per condo association rules. Parking is limited during peak season but you might be able to park at the grocery store if you have two cars. This Unit is Smoke Free. No Pets.

There are stunning ocean and marsh views. Mornings can be spent on the balcony watching the gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic ocean, while evenings you can watch sunsets over the marsh. Our condo is vacation ready with a fully stocked kitchen and has a family friendly layout for up to 5 guests.

With expansive composite decking/seating area and huge inground pool for all to enjoy. Unit 204 was completely remodeled in 2023!!! This is a one of a kind 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach condo tastefully decorated . All Linens included. All Beach necessities included: towels, chairs, sand toys, beach blanket, beach bag and cooler! 1 PARKING SPOT ONLY - per HOA!
