Holiday rentals with beach access in Garden City

Loved the condo! Jennifer was so helpful and answered me anytime I emailed her. I would suggest this place for anyone who is looking for a nice upscale place to vacation and feel at home.

The location was great- a short block walk to the beach. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the water. Soft bed, adequate cook wear to prepare meals. Overall great stay!!

Cathy was an incredible host and super responsive! The place exceeded our expectations and was one of the most pet-friendly places we’ve ever stayed at. We used the state park pass everyday to Huntington State Park (4 minutes away), where dogs are allowed during regular park hours, and had a blast. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance that are a must-try. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great experience with this condo. it was extremely clean and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. We had plenty of nice towels we well as all kitchen linens. We had many thoughtful amenities: beach towels, umbrellas, nice beach chairs, Nespresso coffee machine, washer and dryer, and plenty of snacks and kitchen supplies. Little details like the charging ports by the bed and extras of everything were appreciated. Robert was an excellent host. He was easily accessible by phone if needed he did the little extras to make sure our experience was excellent. This was our first stay with Robert but we would highly recommend. And not to be forgotten, we were just a few steps from the ocean! Thank you Robert for a great week at the beach!!!! The Thomas Family

Stay was great! Small but perfect for a couples get away. We didn’t need more than that! They weren’t kidding when they said the beach was a 1 min walk. It is just across the street with super easy access! It’s exactly the weekend get away we needed.

I rented the unit for my mom and Michael was so sweet to help us out. He was very attentive to our needs. He even helped my mom move some of her stuff. I would highly recommend renting Michael's space. My mom talked about how clean it was and easy to get to. So if you're headed to Myrtle Beach I would definitely use Michael.

My husband wanted to celebrate his 50th birthday on the beach, and we found Polly’s listing. I must say—this place is absolutely perfect! The home is spotless and looks exactly like the photos. It’s just a few steps from the beach, and the balcony view from inside is stunning. We spent most of our days on the beach and our evenings unwinding on the balcony. It was peaceful and incredibly serene. Even though the home overlooks the beach, it wasn’t noisy at all. Polly provides many thoughtful beach essentials, like chairs, towels, and boogie boards, which made things even easier. She was also a fantastic host—any time I had a question, she responded quickly and was always helpful. The check-in and check-out instructions were very simple and clear, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again in the future!

We came to town on a girls beach trip and this stay was perfect!! The location is amazing, and we felt very safe and comfortable here. The house has all of the basics you’d need. And extra beach towels!! Overall - we will absolutely be back and had a great stay. Karl was a 10/10 host, he was great at checking in to make sure we were comfy and always responded quickly!!

My family of 6 had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property for a family vacation. The location of the property is perfect-15 minute car ride to Broadway at the beach, close to tons of restaurants and walking distance to the ocean. April was very responsive in the property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and my four boys from 15 to 5 years old thoroughly enjoyed the game room.

We had a wonderful stay. Bobby was very responsive when asked questions. The place was clean, roomy and had all amenities needed. With some extras! Comfortable beds, nice furnishings and good water pressure for the shower! We loved the outdoor deck, nice clean gas bar-b-q and beach supplies. The place is close to a nice beach and within driving distance to lots of restaurants and shops. We loved it and definitely recommend!!!

John and Lissa were so responsive, kind, and accommodating. Their property is beautiful and within a short walking distance to the beach. I would recommend staying at this location.

This was our first family beach vacation and staying at the Lucky Duck made it spectacular! We loved being just steps from the beach and being able to walk to restaurants and the pier! The private shaded pool was very well kept and the lounge chairs were perfect! We loved that each room had its own bathroom, and the balcony off the two rooms was a plus! I cannot recommend this place enough!! We look forward to staying at Lucky Duck again!

This house exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the listing does not do this home justice. While the pictures are accurate when you walk in it is so much more! The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, Allison left cookies and provided coffee and coffee supplies making us feel welcome. I loved the large yard with the stream behind it. The pool is small but has plenty of room to relax and the landscaping around the pool was beautiful. I had a slight issue on my behalf and Allison accommodated me this I am forever grateful for. Allison also provided a binder of area restaurants, attractions and my favorite church's. Overall I believe this is the absolute best home I have rented in the area.

Our stay at the rental home was amazing. The beach was simply steps away. The owners provided all beach chairs, beach umbrella, rolling cooler & a beach wagon so it was very easy to pack up our gear & go every day. All beach towels were also included. We loved the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our fur babies. The pool was also amazing. We could not be any happier with the total experience of renting this house. All instructions were clearly communicated in a very timely manner, & any correspondence with the owner was always answered very quickly. The house was very spacious. We had a total of 11 people & 3 dogs for our week long stay & with four bedrooms everyone was more than comfortable. There were also three full bathrooms, which was great & accommodated everyone to shower & get ready on a daily basis. The kitchen was well stocked with plates & silverware along with pots & pans, & it was very nice to see a ton games throughout the house for adults and children to play

Our week couldn’t have been better! We had a beautiful place to call home for a week, and Stephen was absolutely awesome to work with! We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Thank you. We look forward to staying here again.

Brian was extremely helpful and very responsive during the entire process, even checked on us to make certain we arrived and everything went smooth. The condo was very spacious and the location was perfect for us. The surrounding area was quiet/peaceful but you are never too far away from local shops and restaurants. Would definitely return w/o hesitation!

The condo was wonderful. The ocean view felt like you were on a. Cruise ship. Nothing but water. It was so relaxing. The amenities at the resort were amazing as well. The pool deck was immaculate. Would love to come stay again soon!

Easiest vacation we have had in ages. The presence of the beach gear alone simplified our packing. The condo is up to date and included everything we needed in the kitchen to cook there when we chose. Great location in Garden City and will be first on our list to check when we visit the area again.

Location, location, location. Beautiful view of beach from balcony. Loved being so close to the beach and easy access to pools, hot tubs and exercise facilities. Condo is extremely clean, newly updated and security was present all day and night. Very comfortable and relaxing especially with multiple recliners. Linda gave us detailed instructions as to what to do when we arrived to what to do on departure. She also gave us a long list of things to do and places to eat. This was extremely helpful since we had never been to the area. We had a great time, hated to leave, but will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

Ann was a wonderful host. The condo was clean, comfortable, and matched the pictures. She had great local recommendations and was very responsive. Would 100% stay at her property again!

Cute condo in a great location. Everything I needed was right there , beach , store , ice cream ! And can’t forget the pier. I would definitely go back.
