Today, the sales room is the living room, the laundry room is a wellness bath. The colorful mix of vintage, industrial and functional furniture makes the MELKMANNS truly unique. An individual place for those who want to have a great time with family and friends in a special environment.

The vacation home is located in the small idyllic town of Wasserkoog near the North Sea. The spacious garden offers a wide view towards the southwest of the countryside and the sunset in the evening. If you feel like hustle and bustle, St. Peter-Ording, Husum, Tönning or Friedrichstadt with the many sights are not too far away. The famous lighthouse in Westerhever is very close. On the terrace and around the house you can enjoy the sun all day long in peace.

The listed thatched roof skate is in the center of Albersdorf. This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

The 1000sqm property has a sauna house, an outdoor whirlpool for 4 people and an open fireplace in the living-dining area. Upstairs are three 15 sqm bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the ground floor there is the kitchen-living room, a separate toilet, the utility room with washing machine and freezer. From there you can access the 30 sqm south-facing terrace and the 800 sqm garden with whirlpool and sauna house.

You will love my accommodation because of the peace and the good air and the kilometer-wide view over the fields as well as the immaculate condition. My place is suitable for couples, solo travelers, and families.

The house is located 10 km before SPO very quiet on the edge of the village. From the living room you have a picturesque view of the meadows. The cottage has its own house entrance, in front of it a private terrace in the rose garden, equipped with garden furniture in summer.
