Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This is for people who would like to enjoy nature, hiking, kayaking, photographing, or sunbathing. We have made a special video over the area on youtube, type in "Grundsund Kvarneberg".

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ett underbart läge med egen brygga och badstrand. Här har man en underbar utsikt över Gullmarsfjorden här finns golfbana, vandringsleder, badplats, fiske, kajak naturen är exotisk i området och mycket kultur historia. Huset är en sommarstuga byggt 1950 och är renoverat och utbyggt 1980, renoverat igen 2000 och senaste renovering 2022. En typisk sommarstuga i rustik miljö inrett med modern kök och moderna toaletter. Inredningen är rustik och smakfullt.

På gångavstånd kan man hyra kajaker, padelbanor och ett spa. Stugan har ett öppet vardagsrum och kök med fantastisk utsikt ut mot havet. Toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin. På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng och egen balkong, ett med 2 enkelsängar som går att ställa ihop och ett med en 120 säng.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Välkomna till ert semesterboende vår, sommar, höst och vinter. Här bor ni med närhet till naturen och Gullmarsfjordens fiske och salta bad. Matbutik, restaurang och ett större köpcentrum når ni 10 min bort med bil. Boendet är en bra utgångspunkt för att besöka Bohusläns alla utflyktsmål och fiskesamhällen sommar som vinter. Ta en dagsutflykt till Smögen och Lysekil eller spendera några timmar på ett spa. Huset är mysigt, rymligt och fullt utrustat med det som behövs för en lyckad vistelse.

Mysig och stilren Attefall stuga med havsutsikt

Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!
