We had a wonderful time at Ton and Lizette’s place. The house and surroundings were even nicer than the photos. The house had everything we needed for a weekend away. They even included a few dog treats to also welcome our dog. He really lived his best life exploring outside. We felt relaxed and enjoyed taking walks in nature. The bed was so comfortable with the adjustable settings and reading lamps. We were sad to leave, but we look forward to going back!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

The house is wonderfully located on a small Siel with evening sun in the garden - wonderful! The decor is stylish and chic. The kitchen is very well equipped and even in the rain you can eat outside under a roof on the terrace. It is a stone's throw to the Petkum ferry (there are good fish sandwiches) and you can quickly reach Emden after a short bike ride along the canal. All around a very great accommodation, which I can only recommend.

The location of the house is unique. This makes it super quiet. The garden is shaded by the tall trees, which is an advantage in high summer. In spring, it's cooler during the day. This has not further affected our stay. We enjoyed the time very much.

Typical Dutch cottage – charming, cozy and exactly as described. We felt very comfortable. The only small point: we would have found a microwave practical at times. The location is ideal as a starting point for bike tours in all directions. Highly recommend for those seeking tranquility and nature!

We enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time in Midwolde. It was easy to start our bike tours from here. The sauna and all other amenities were outstanding! A very tasteful intererior design. The beds were so comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay!

Suze-An is very friendly, and has a nice chat when you feel like it. The cottage itself has a very spacious living room. Everything you need during your vacation is present, including super good wifi, toilet paper, towels, garbage bags, hand soap, salt etc. The showpiece is the huge garden, with lovely grass to lie in, a trampoline, a sandpit, and a nest swing. And animal friends also come to their liking: cats, dog, sheep, chickens, horses and deer.

This holiday home was absolutely wonderful – tucked away in the greenery, right in the middle of the forest. So quiet and peaceful! We loved falling asleep to the gentle sound of rain on the roof and waking up to birdsong. At the same time, we were lucky to have plenty of sunny days too, which we spent having breakfast outside and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. Despite being in a bungalow park, the house offers great privacy in the garden. The park itself is lovely – surrounded by stunning woods and a perfect area to unwind. The house is cozy, tastefully decorated, and simply made for relaxation. We truly enjoyed our time here – and so did our dog and our toddler. A perfect getaway to slow down and reconnect with nature. Highly recommended!

Thank you very much Jolanda for your hospitality, it was very nice to be in the cabin, everything was enough, everything was provided, the only thing is that there is no air conditioning and it was very hot at check-in, but since we planned to walk during the day and get home in the evening, it did not frighten us, since in the morning and evening we felt great. The hostess gave great recommendations for nearby interesting places, which we took advantage of, thank you for this separately! We also visited the village of Giethoorn, it is amazing and not far at all. Overall, the vacation was wonderful, we recommend it.

Spacious and beautiful accommodation in a beautiful place. Welcomingly welcomed with some treats. We enjoyed the space, the animals, the trampolines and all (play)amenities. Nice to taste the atmosphere of farm life for a while. Unfortunately, you can only stay one night; the children wanted to stay there or at least stay longer. ;) Would be happy to come back.

We had a lovely week with our two children (5 and 8 years) in the cottage on the Schildmeer. We were able to swim almost every day and otherwise explored the surroundings (Groningen, Appingedam, Delfzijl). The amenities are better than indicated: there is toilet paper, hand soap, hand and tea towels and a large selection of cooking utensils and spices in the kitchen. There is no oven, but a microwave where we prepared our casserole. We had a good time and say thank you very much!

We loved our week in your home. It was full of conveniences, super nice. Everything was present and the space was surprisingly large. In the photos you didn't see that it was so spacious. The space is cleverly used and cozy. The contact was smooth and convenient. Nearby so many fun things to do. In the park itself as well and the place Gramsbergen is very charming.

The cottage was fully equipped, clear explanation about the accommodation and cozy and clean. We could not come until later than the agreed time so the sheet packages, the high chair and the cot were already ready for us instead of having to pick them up. Very attentive. Due to the nice contact, the cottage and the park itself definitely recommended!

Really enjoyed a weekend in Anita's cozy house. We were greeted and shown around by Hatty. The house is decorated with great attention to detail. You won't get tired of it. The beds sleep well and everything you need is present. Due to the warm weather, we mainly stayed in and around the house with our dog. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the veranda and enjoy the many bird visits on the peanut butter tree. Repeatable!

We had a wonderful week. The house has all the comforts, including a very nice kitchen. The sun in the front garden was also nice, where we could have had a quiet breakfast. The location is nice and quiet, so we were really able to sleep very well. In the area we enjoyed the nature, the tranquility and the friendly people. The reception was warm and personal, even our dog Bettie received a warm welcome. All in all recommended, we will definitely come back there. Finally, I would also like to mention Dokkum, a very nice town with special shops and good restaurants. Thank you Coen and Anne (and Marianne) for this beautiful, nice week. We were with 8 women over the weekend in Henk's house and felt completely comfortable, as it is cozily furnished and very spacious. There were also several seating areas behind the house. Since we had 30 degrees, we did not use the beautiful sauna. The house is very quiet, a bit remote, which we liked.

Really nice house in a special location right on the canal. Cozy, clean and quiet. Beautiful surroundings und close to Groningen.

We had a long stay of 3 weeks here. Louren's was extremely helpful, and there if we needed anything. The morning views over the fields for sunrise were stunning, and the village beautiful. Access to the forest is minutes away, amazing for walking dogs, quiet, vast, lots of different options of paths. Larger towns are close when needed. We loved our stay here

Returned to this location after 4 years. I wanted to do it a lot earlier, but I couldn't. Actually, it's dangerous to be so full of praise, because then more people will come! Delightful location: cottage and surroundings. Excellent beds, easy to heat room, nice warm shower and good kitchen facilities. And the peace and quiet! But nature wins: from the garden into the forest, spotting squirrels. Next time we won't wait so long with our stay!

It felt right at home. Everything in the house was so cozy and I thought these interesting Mongolian decorations/objects were great. The courtyard is cozy, quiet and beautifully designed. Every evening, we sat by the open garden fireplace, which is beautifully covered, until late at night. For children there were many toys, they were not bored, the animals were very interesting for the children, there were 9 people, 3 children 6-9 years and 6 adults. Loved that there was no TV. The surroundings were also great, we were traveling a lot by bike, a Jumbo was nearby and the Dinopark is highly recommended via the Social Deal app, admission even €9.50 + food and you can comfortably walk there. The yurt was also a real highlight. Super cozy, one evening we even had the oven on, a really nice feeling and you feel close to nature. Would love to come back.
