Himmelriket bland Toscana kullar. Underbart stenhus i gammal by som är otroligt mysigt inrett. Kök halvt utomhus och en fantastisk utsikt från huset. Monica är en fantastisk värd - så hjälpsam, vänlig och omhändertagande. Det finns ingen affär i byn, så om du inte har bil bör du köpa med mat. Det går buss nån gång om dan ner till Bagno di lucca där du kan handla. Fråga Monica om hon vill laga mat (gärna med lite framförhållning) Jättegod mat serverad i hennes trädgård. Rekommenderar varmt detta boende då det är en otroligt fridfull, vacker och genuin upplevelse.

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in Carolinas geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus verbracht und genossen besonders die Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft und das malerische Städtchen Montecatini Alto mit mehreren guten und gemütlichen Restaurants. Eine Gelateria und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fast vor der Haustüre. Durch die urige Standseilbahn nach Montecatini Terme (fährt alle 30 min bis Mitternacht) und eine Buslinie zum Bahnhof sind Ausflüge auch ohne Auto möglich. Carolina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin - immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

S kamarádkou jsme byly s ubytováním velmi spokojené. Strávily jsme zde dovolenou na kolech a místo nám nabídlo spoustu možností k výletům po okolí. Ubytování bylo čisté, útulné a dýchalo romantickou atmosférou klasické Itálie. Moc děkujeme milým hostitelům za jejich pohostinnost. Rády se někdy vrátíme!

Thankyou Brian (and family) for what was an unforgettable magical experience. The villa far surpassed all our expectations. The villa is beyond beautiful and oozes rustic charm, perfect for a large group. Rooms were clean and with beautiful views (on the top floor) to wake up to, so much so that it felt like a dream. Bathrooms were lovely and higher spec than expected for such an old building. swimming pool serves it's purpose, but it's in a gorgeous garden amongst olive groves....stunning. Brian and family were the perfect balance of keeping in touch and ensuring we had everything we needed whilst ensuring that we felt we had the place to ourselves, a perfectly ran operation. We arranged a dinner one evening in the house cooked by Brian's mother which was an amazing experience to enjoy such a wonderful setting with friends. thank you Brian! we already hope to return in future.

Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Caterina è sempre stata presente e ci ha dato indicazioni precise e con talmente tanta cura che pensiamo veramente sia uno dei migliori host incontrati fino a questo momento. La casa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e con tutto ciò che occorre dal dormire al mangiare. Infine la doccia è veramente bella: ampia e comoda, ci si sente in un resort più che in una casa. I dintorni sono pieni di vita e si è appena fuori dalla folla che inizia a 5 minuti a piedi da casa. Per riposarsi è veramente ciò che ci vuole. Consigliato veramente tanto!

what a beautiful and tranquil setting the village is set in. beautiful locals that always greet you with a smile. the tower accommodation was so much fun. it's very old and has awesome views over the valley. it's a little small and set out over 4 levels, so there are a few steepish stairs so good legs and knee's needed. I'm 62 and managed just fine. The bed is super comfortable and the duvet was to die for and my wife wanted to take it home. just a gorgeous part of history to stay in for restful stay. it is up a mountain so a car, motorcycle or a push bike is needed as there is no bus service. plenty of parking and amazing bush walks. Mark, the host is awesome. so informative and knowledgeable. so many suggestions of places to see and eat. easily contactable and super fast with replies. He couldn't do enough for us. To sum up, we highly recommend the tower as a destination and you couldn't get a better host.

The place was great. it matched the description and the hosts were amazing. We felt right at home. the kitchen had everyhing we need to cook meals and prepare coffee - we even found a cheese grater, which we did not find in any of our previous 3 bookings in Italy. The view from the bedrooms, bathrooms and the livingroom was amazing. The view by itself is worth a stay in this house. I do recommend using google maps to navigate to this location though, because Waze seems to lead down a neibhoring street. But again - the hosts helped us to get on the correct street quite promptly and all was well. The hosts provided us with guidence on how to get to Florence - huge thanks for that - and even gave us information about local shops and restaurants. The house itself is amazing. It is beautiful, with modern amenities such as wifi, TV etc. The beds are very very comfortable, clean and the bedding was perfect. I cannot express enough how worth it is to stay in such a wonderful place.

The apartment was very nice, myself especially apreciate the good seating arrangement, and the good bed, but also the garden, kitchen and location was very good, it was all good actually, and we had a great time in beautifull Lucca. And thanks to Manuel who did a great Job to accomodate us when we arrived, and also checked in on us to make sure we were okay
