Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed sofa for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge that has a freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Two bedrooms with a total of 6 beds: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The apartment has fiber internet and plenty of games for the whole family. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Här möts du av ett nybyggd och stiligt boende med öppen planlösning och högt i tak. Sex bäddar fördelat på två sovrum. Ett fulltutrustat kök, braskamin och golvvärme i badrum och hall. Från Kungsberget har du även nära till Högbo gård, Furuvik, Ockelbo, Sandviken mfl. med massor av aktiviteter. Välkommen!

Fantastic house with wonderful lake location

Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Välkommen till vackra Sundborn! Gästsvit med egen ingång och eget badrum i tillbyggnad på vår villa i Sundbornsbyn. Promenadavstånd till Carl Larsson-gården och Stora Hyttnäs 650 m, Sundborns kyrka 900 m. Närhet till fin natur med elljusspår och vandringsleder. Endast 200 m till uppfriskande bad i Sundbornsån. Sommartid finns möjlighet att hyra SUP-bräda. Byns bastu vid ån går att hyra. Lugnet, Högskolan Dalarna, Falu centrum ca 13 km, Världsarvet Falun - Falu Gruva 14 km.

Boende närmare vattnet är svårt att hitta. Att ta båten eller vintertid gå ut till Holmen utanför för att grilla och se på solnedgången är ett extra plus. 2 supboard finns att hyra, samt elmotor till båten. Se även min guidebok som finns i min profil. Internet fungerar bra med mobilt bredband via Telia m.fl. VINTERINFO: Romme Alpin och Kungsberget är slalombackar 65 km bort. Ryllshyttebacken är en trevlig familjebacke 12 km bort.

Cabin close to nature.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Nära till naturen men ändå inte lång från samhället. Stugan ligger i utkanten av en by där skogen tar vid, en å flyter intill stugan.En mysig grillplats finns där man laga matt på öppen eld, eller bara och njuta av brasan. 4 km till närmaste affär och 10 km in till staden Sandviken. Fina bär och svampställen i närheten. Det finns en liten skogssjö 30 minuters gångväg från stugan.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. Gedigen timmerstuga med utsiktsläge över Hovran. Uteplats med grill, tillgång till egen brygga och roddbåt under sommaren. Ett sovrum med 4 bäddar i form av 2 våningssängar, ett sovrum med 2 bäddar. Allrummet har en braskamin och på tomten finns en vedeldad bastu. Boendet lämpar sig för den som vill njuta av lugnet och naturen, fester ej tillåtna.
