House holiday rentals in Geneva-on-the-Lake

All the reviews are accurate. Well maintained unit and property. Lots of amenities. VERY clean. Nice decorations to go with the lake theme. Putt -Putt and ice cream across the street. Friendly and responsive owner and manager. It was a great place for three couples to celebrate turning 60. Planning on returning in October! THANKS!! (Binoculars were a nice touch) we stayed on property, so we did not use it, but reasonably priced transportation to the wineries or bars...better than a DUI.

The house was very roomy and well laid out. We loved all the windows that looked out on a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood. The shelves were well stocked, and the host provided useful kitchen and bathroom items, as well as books and games. The children made good use of the game room upstairs. The pool was clean, and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck. It was a wonderful place for our large family to stay.

The host was great. We are so glad we were able to rent this house. It was a gem and great for a bachelorette party. It had an inground pool, privacy fence, outdoor seating and conveniently located. We would rent again.

We really had a great stay. The house is beautiful spacious all the bedrooms are spacious. The pool is heated, which was fantastic. The hot tub everything about it. It’s serene there’s not a lot of other houses around so you can make noise and you don’t have to hear other people‘s noise it was fantastic everything about it was great. There are plenty of extras, condiments lots of spices and things like that.

House was cute and in great quiet neighborhood. Would definitely go there again! Had a few hiccups but management was fast to solve. Would recommend.

Lovely large home with a beautiful patio, yard and pool. The home was very clean and comfortable. A perfect location to go on a winery tour. Our group had a great time!

The place was just as described. Very pleasant and restful. I returned to Madison to celebrate my brother's 70th Birthday and this place was a perfect retreat from relatives - when I desired to be away from relatives ;-) The only feature I hope gets "fixed" is the tub - it is slippery when wet. Please consider non-skid treads or similar. I would consider staying here in the future! Thank you!

Booked this place for my daughters bachlorette party. It was a short walk to the strip. Slept 10 of us girls comfortably and plenty of space for us all to hang out. The out door space was a plus. We had a blast. Thanks John!

Amy was flexible and communicative. The house was spotlessly clean and absolutely beautiful!! The hosts have thought of every detail. The outside space was the perfect bonus! Would highly recommend and will be back!!

The house was lovely. It was very clean and nicely designed. Everything you needed to cook, make coffee, or just comfortably hang out at the house was provided. The beds were comfortable as well. It was located very close to the lake so you could easily make your way down to the beach. The host offered a bottle of wine before arrival. I would definitely stay at this location again.

We absolutely loved staying here. Valerie was great and very helpful. It was peaceful and right on the river. We enjoyed many of the local wineries which were close by. I highly recommend this opportunity if you get it!

This house was just like the photos and descriptions, with all the amenities in place. It was easy to find from David’s instructions and very convenient for our visit to Rabbit Run Theatre. Upstairs felt slightly smaller than I expected, and I would recommend the property for 2-4, possibly rather small for 6 or 7. Otherwise no hesitation in recommending this property.

It was unfortunate circumstances for our stay but host was extremely friendly and quick to respond. The house was super clean and had everything and more that we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

This was a GREAT place to stay while in the area. The house itself felt like home, plenty of amenities and good space to work. The walk to the beach and ice cream parlor was a nice bonus.

Great house. Had everything we needed. Was within walking distance to really great restaurants in downtown Ashtabula. Also good location to visit wineries & covered bridges. Alexa was responsive and the place was clean & well stocked.

We had a lovely time celebrating my sister. The whole home was warm, clean, and inviting. A wonderful weekend away.

When we walked in the place looks even better in person than in the photos. The house was extremely clean, which is very important to me. I was sent an email message with the information to check in. Everything went smooth no issues along with checkout process. The only thing I let Steve know is the one door with the king bed was very difficult to shut, which they need to shave down a part of the top corner in order to close without trying to break it. I was worried that we would break it trying to close the door, the only other thing was we weren’t sure about heater air-conditioning. It was comfortable but we wanted it cooler at one point and when we turned it to cool on the thermostat we didn’t notice any temperature change or hear any air coming out anywhere not sure if there is central air or not in the previous photos, it showed air condition so I’m not sure if they just weren’t put in yet thinking it wouldn’t be needed yet. We would Definitely go back again.

Excellent experience! A perfect walkable distance from the strip. We were even able to get firewood and supplies delivered, which was great! Perfect place for a relaxing getaway, will definitely stay again in the future!

My husband and I brought our 4 grandkids (12-14 yrs old) for a weekend vacation together. The house was perfect for us. The two boys stayed in the room with the bunkbeds and the girls shared a queen size bed in another room. That left the king size bedroom to my husband and me. We all shared one bathroom that had a shower, but there was another little bathroom that was just a toilet and sink. We enjoyed having a backyard fire to sit around in the evening. A short walk around the block brought us to a basketball court. There is another playground area there, but it was too young for the age of our kids. We were just about a 10 minute drive to Lake Erie canopy zip lines. And across from that, we found a wonderful park that had go karts, an escape room, and arcade, and putt putt golfing. All of those things were a lot of fun for our grandkids and us to do together. We felt like the strip was a little bit seedy with drinkers. The donut shop was delicious!
