It's a two bedroom duplex with a living room, a kitchen and a terrasse ( 35sqm ) on 1st floor floor, and two bedrooms on the 2nd. There are no neighbors upstairs so it is very calm. There is a queen size bed in one bedroom and a very comfortable foldable sofa in the other. RER B is 100m away from the flat and is a very convenient line.
