Modern open plan cottage. Two en-suite bedrooms both with access to enclosed balcony to soak up the beautiful countryside views. Comfortable lounge with TV, DVD and basicWiFi opening on to kitchen/diner which is well equipped for a self catering break including an oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and table with seating. There is an additional cloakroom downstairs.Off road parking to side of property and seating area to the front looking over the tranquil valley.

Moroccan style yurt with art deco fire and cooking facilities, set in its own wooded private area with outside fire pit. With use of glass house and seating area in private grounds including woodland and paddocks to view alpacas peacocks and many more animals. We are 20 minutes from coastal areas 15 minutes from Barnstaple, the Tarka trail and Exmoor. Also their is a footpath to the local pub from the property. We are a small friendly family run business.
