WOW, WOW, WOW, and that’s just for the views, looking down Woolacombe beach from the balcony, over the sea to the isle of Lundy from the two large Velux windows in the kitchen/dining area, and gazing down the ruggedness of North Devon’s coastline from the 2nd/ TV, lounge. Also loved waking up to the dancing greenery, covering the rock face behind the two bedrooms. Didn’t really need the smart tv , only watched an hour or two, our whole week ( who needs to, when you have those views at the turn of your head ), we were also lucky enough to see three porpoises swimming across the bay ( take your binoculars, or the modern day equivalent, you don’t know what you may see ). Plenty of local restaurants to try out, if that’s your thing. Love cooking for friends when away, ( takes all-sort’s ). Kitchen at Puffin Cove, amazing, every size of pot and pan you could wish for and sharp knives. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Number Eight in Bideford, bit of a trek, but we’ll worth the drive out).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the bungalow was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. It looked even better than the photos and we felt very at home there. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuite had the best shower I’ve ever experienced! The garden was nice to relax in with a great choice of seats. Perfect location, just 2 mins walk from the village where there are lovely places to eat, and 10 mins walk to the beautiful sandy beach and the south west coastal path. Croyde is a a lovely village and a great base to explore other areas. We loved North Devon and will definitely be back!

We had such a lovely stay at the barn, location was great, our camper was unfortunately too large for the drive but there was a few spaces on the road to park which was handy, garden is beautiful with all the flowers out and looking over the other cottages, well equipped with everything we needed and perfect for our holiday with our 3 month old baby girl

Steve's flat ticked all the boxes- and then some more! Communication was fast and friendly right from the start. Diirections were clear and very detailed making it easy to check in. The property was clean and fresh (it smelt lovely) and it was tastefully decorated with some great artwork. absolutely everything you need is in the flat, along with some nice treats. The view is stunning and we enjoyed watching the routine of setting up the beach for the day from the lounge. Woolacombe has lots of nice places to eat, curry on the beach in the evening sun was a highlight. Thank you Steve, we hope we can come and stay again.

Southerly is a beautiful house, with great dog safe grounds and everything you could possibly need for a stress free stay. The beds are really comfortable and the linen is fresh and clean. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The living areas are large and uncrowded with comfortable sofas and an enormous dining table. It is the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in an Airbnb property! The garden was attractive and well furnished with loungers, table and chairs, bbq and sofa and table. Janice and Leigh were welcoming hosts who always responded promptly to any queries from the moment we booked until the moment we left the house. The recent acquisition of an EV charger was the ultimate accessory! Thank you Janice and Leigh.

Second stay with small family and our dog. Perfect location for everything Croyde has to offer - great access to beach, bars, walks, shops and private parking which is essential at busy times. The outside shower for rinsing off and hanging wetsuits is a bonus.

My partner and I had a fantastic 2 night stay at Peter’s cottage. The accommodation itself is very private and cosy, perfect for a couple as we could utilise the lounge room for board games and watching tv. The spa pool was fantastic after a long day costal walking and very well looked after. We had dinner at the kings arms just a few minutes walk away and can’t recommend enough. Communication from Peter and Sarah was proactive, clear and helpful. Do note the check in time is later than many air bnbs at 5pm so best to check before booking if this is a problem for you but we were lucky enough to secure a slightly earlier check in time for our trip. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed with my partner for a couple of days down in Devon and this was exactly what we were after. The photos don’t do it enough of a justice for how sweet the stay is. As every review states; the breakfasts are perfect and such a lovely touch. We used the stay as a base to visit the local area, and Angela gave us great recommendations for both easy and a nicer dinner. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough. Angela & Brian were lovely to chat to and made the stay even more enjoyable
