Excellent stay in a fab apartment. Great location and property as described. Stefania was a fantastic host and was always available for any issues. A perfect stay for out time in Lake Maggiore. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Everything was very clean, very well equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom. The street is quite busy, but traffic decreases at night. The windows have triple glazing, which also helps. At night, you can open the windows to the courtyard. For the windows in the bedroom, I would have liked opaque curtains to prevent the morning light from brightening the bedroom (despite the closed shutters). The air conditioning in the living room and bedroom was great. It had everything we needed. The hosts are very nice, respond quickly and are helpful.

Great apartment. Loved the balcony. Host was fabulous. So nice to meet her person. Loved the little personal touches. Very informative re parking and access. Great space. Loved the shower. Only downside was it was like being in a sauna even with the mobile air conditioning unit.
