Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door construction

The house dates from the 18th century and was completely renovated in 2017. It has a large terrace and a wooded garden This is a non-smoking house, thank you.
