This unique holiday home, with a decking area of the wirral waterfront has a style all of its own! + free parking( if reserved ) please note, there are steps down to the property, (as we are situated on a road with a hill) the steps take you down to a beautiful view from the garden decking ,and then on to our very stylish lower apartment , cruise ships and other vessels sailing along , which can be seen clearly ,a very relaxing place to stay while you enjoy sitting on the decking area.!

Close to Anfield Stadium and the new Everton Stadium. 25mins walk from city centre. The apartment is clean, spacious and very quiet. There is free parking available within the complex. It's 10min walk from Great Homer shopping centre. I am on the first floor and there is a lift available in case you don't want to use the stairs. Free parking in a dedicated space fenced & gated

This 4th floor modern city centre apartment is walking distance from many of Liverpool’s main attractions. These include the beautiful Albert Docks, Liverpool One shopping (LFC and EFC superstores, Apple Store, Zara etc), China Town, The Tate gallery and The Beatles museum. It is just a short drive to Everton FC and Liverpool FC stadiums, plus Liverpool Airport. Also, hundreds of the best restaurants and bars in the country at your door. We lived here for 7 years and had never been happier!

There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.
