You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest Wi-Fi technology WIFI 6. The 50 square meters with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. One separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

Welcome to our 40 sqm "cottage", which is located directly next to our main house with a garden view. Idyllic and quiet, forest and many meadows around and yet very quickly in the Wuppertal city or on the highway. Arrival by car is highly recommended! The bus comes only hourly and only on weekdays. You can relax in the bright rooms. Ideal for business travelers, solo travelers, couples and families with 1 child (+ baby) Bed linen and towels included.

Small detached lodge - just finished - with a spacious terrace, bar-kitchen inside the living-/bedroom and separate bathroom for 2 persons. Hike into the nature in only 600 m and in 2,8 km is the next dam (lake). Next grocery store 250 m, next restaurants, bakery and takeaway in vicinity (350 m). Next big city for shopping tours 12 km. After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.
