This unique place in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains provides a unique microclimate and a comfortable stay in the midst of nature, close to trails, Chojnik Castle and the Podgórna waterfall. From January 2026, we will be opening the Mini SPA House with a sauna, jacuzzi, kitchenette and attic. The whole can accommodate up to 14 people and creates a private relaxation zone for exclusive use.

The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms on the first floor, including one with a continental double bed. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The property has a sauna and a hot tub.

The resort has 12 houses for 8 people with an area of 68 m2. Each house includes a living room (a fold-out corner for 2 additional people), three bedrooms (3 double beds and two single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet), a separate toilet, and a spacious terrace of more than 20 m2. There is a common room with a playroom and a ski room. Available breakfast delivered to your door upon request at an additional cost. For an additional fee, you can use the garden sauna.
