This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest houses along the path are located here. No crowds of tourists. (They're in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still enjoy the wonderful tranquility and beauty of the historic village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

This beautiful vacation home is located on the Hondsrug at the edge of the state forests and is located in a small-scale bungalow park. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with sun all day, but also plenty of shady spots. Within walking distance in the forest is the beautiful swimming lake 't Nije Hemelriek. There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

Het huisje is warm, gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien, met een fijne tuin vol groen. A beautiful wooden house located on my parents' property. Relax in an oasis of greenery from spring to early autumn, a beautiful warm autumn feeling when the trees change color or seek coziness in the winter months. In the beautiful surroundings, there are many places to visit. Giethoorn, fortified town Steenwijk and the Havelterheide. Furthermore, there are three national parks nearby, NP Weerribben Wieden, the Drents Friese Wold and the Dwingelderveld.
