Located 13 miles from Wasilla makes this spot ideal as your hub to exploring Alaska. We are happy to host your pets(dogs only) pets not allowed in any beds. Excessive pet hair will be charged $50.

Inside is perfect for 3 guests. There’s a pull out sofa in the living/dining area, a full size bedroom with a queen bed and comfortable reading chair. The super cute kitchenette consists of a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee bar. The full bathroom includes a sauna for your relaxation.

Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. There are endless possibilities for hiking, climbing, and skiing from the house. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.

Our house will be a great addition to your vacation. We offer a hot tub and sauna. There is Plenty of room to store your snowboarding gear. Or just kick back and relax. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, and a workout room down stairs. We are 2.5 miles from the Dimond Shopping Center, 6.4 miles from Downtown, 4.9 miles from Hilltop Ski Hill, and and 38.8 miles from Alyeska Ski Resort. There are multiple activities and restaurants within 2 miles of the house.
