Enjoy the swimming pool (8mx3m) the poolhouse during the warm season 🍹 and the fireplace and winter sports (2h from ski resorts ⛷️) in the wintertime 🪵. Also close to the Villa, you got wineyards, well-known golf clubs, and kids attractions.

Wonderful sea views, lots of light, very calm, perfect location. Charming contemporary house, located in pedestrian street in town center. 5 minutes walking distance of restaurants, bars and beaches. Terrace with sliding doors (open space) with amazing views. Air conditioned (&floor heating). Perfect duplex for family or two couples. Loft ambiance upstairs, two bathrooms, one in each level. Finely decorated, the best quality in appliances, ULTRA-MODERN TV, better Location, close to the sea, bus station, train station. Innumerable bars, restaurants, large supermarkets, pharmacies, and everything you need to enjoy an excellent vacation. The car is not necessary, but anyway there is esplanade, also paid parking and we have parking (free),roofed nearby. 13 M2 square, measures 5x2.60, for small cars + motorcycle or bicycles.

The apartment has a lot of light as it is located in front of the sea , with a terrace overlooking Palamos and the port of Platja d'Aro, Excellent location for a relaxing holiday.
