This accommodation in Inlice is impressively beautiful. The landscape is fantastic, the house is very large, comfortable, clean, has absolutely everything (it is very well equipped!) and the best thing is that Sultan is a very, very, very kind host. We spent a few days there and everything was great. It has a gallery outside with a very comfortable table for eating, a rocking chair and a grill that we use to make chicken and roasted fish (it has everything you need). The neighborhood is very quiet and it seems like a dream to get up and see the mountains of Inlice through the window. In addition, the house is surrounded by plants. Sultan not only guided us to have a good stay and recommend us on beaches and trails in the region, but he was also always available, one day he brought us cake that his daughter had baked and another day he gave us sweets for our child. We hope to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness – everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach - ideal if you want to take a stroll, go out for a meal or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation truly special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

We had a very good time in the Fethiye area, the villa was great with everything you need. It is nicely furnished and spacious enough for one family. It is close to the main roads and convenient for traveling around by car. The more time you can get to stay, the better. Thank you Hayrettin!

We spent 7 wonderful nights in the villa and had a completely relaxing time. The house was very clean, as was the pool – everything was regularly maintained. A big thank you to Mustafa, who was always there to help us with advice and action and helped us immediately with any questions. You should know that Yesilüzümlü is a rather remote place - just right for those who seek peace and simply want to switch off. If you want some hustle and bustle, you can reach the center of Fethiye in about 20 minutes by car or taxi. We can definitely recommend the villa and will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

The house was clean and nice. It was very comfortable to have the toilet and bathroom in both rooms. We had a problem with the water but they came and solved the problem as we called.

Baris was a great host and the villa is perfect for a stay in Kayakoy. The rooftop pool was very clean and had a great view. The restaurants in the village are a 15 minute walk away and the taxi service Baris recommended was always very timely when requested. I would definitely recommend staying here. On top of the villa being great Baris was also a very helpful host, he even helped us order dinner when we arrived which was incredibly thoughtful after we had a long day of travel.

Start off by saying we're quite likely to return, just because of the amenities in the villa rather than the location or part of Turkey itself. Everything thought of, from clothes drying rack, toddler play pen/cot, swing-sofa to relax on and put the toddler to sleep without rocking. Great pool, including 30cm deep section for the younger kids to learn in safely. Property fully covered for privacy. Villa looked after well and looks exactly like photos. Communication good. Couple of issues resolved/solutions noted. I would note it would be advisable to have a car, for the first three nights we did not and managed to go to everywhere walkable with children but after that, a car was helpful to see other local towns

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with our stay. We only stayed one night because we had a very early flight the next morning, but everything was great. Very close to the airport. The host was extremely hospitable and shared all the instructions clearly. The house was clean, convenient and equipped with all necessary equipment. We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

Mr. Aydın welcomed us with a smile. Her place was spacious and comfortable enough. The sheets and covers were very clean. Since we were a little cold in the evening, we asked for a thick blanket and he provided it immediately, thanks to him. She offered us their homemade olive oil, we loved it. Large families can stay comfortably, we stayed for a short time, but for those who stay for a long time, the house also has a beautiful garden, and it can be very nice to spend time there.
