Monthly Rentals in Göcek

The apartment was very spacious, the spacious rooms were very good. We were quite comfortable as a family of 4. The furniture was beautiful in the new cleaning. The air conditioners were very good, we did not have any problems with the heat, which also made us happy. Only a few other parts can be added as a kitchen item. The location is 5 minutes by car to the Gocek bazaar in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to everywhere as a transportation. In some comments, it was written that there was noise due to its proximity to the main road, I was a little hesitant, but I think it was a very uncomfortable host. We had to make a last-minute change in our history, especially thank you for this. I will definitely choose it again and I can recommend it with peace of mind.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Although Aydın, the owner, was not present, he was always very helpful and responsive over the phone. Firdevs, the property manager, was incredibly kind, attentive, and available whenever we needed anything. The communication was excellent throughout our stay, and we felt well taken care of. Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

Had an incredible stay with a group of friends for my 40th birthday. The villa was clean, cozy, great pool and sauna and the view was spectacular. The photos don’t do justice. The staff was 20/10. Always available to help, proactive, cooking delicious dinners, coffees and more. We spent 2 days on the boat which was beautiful as was the surrounding area. Definitely will be returning. Thank you 🙏
