Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

This place was super cute and away from all the night life, but not so far away to get there by walking or taking a quick uber ride. The beach is literally a block away, and easy access to the beach side walk to access all beaches Miami Beach has to offer.

This place and the hosts stood up to all the previous reviews. Loved the comfy bed, the awesome parking, the privacy and easy check in process. Pool is beautiful. Everything was meticulously cleaned. Had everything needed for a comfy stay. Host was personable and extremely helpful. I honestly never stay in “guesthouse” situations, but this one is set up like a private home. So glad I took a chance, will stay again!

Anthony was top notch. The best thing about him is he is super reliable. The electric stove was tough to process& once I informed him that I need help, he had someone at the door in less than thirty minutes! He is on time with everything & is always checking in to see how things are going even if you tell him you're doing fine. I felt super comfortable& safe in this Airbnb. I highly recommend Anthony's service. Nothing short of top tier & on time.

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

Gabrielas guest house is just as described, clean in a safe, quiet neighborhood, gated area to park the car at door steps. There were plenty of towels and linen, the mattresses and bedroom sizes comfortable, no TVs in bedrooms, we did not watch any tv during our 3 night stay and we did not use the wifi. They supplied plenty of bathroom tissue, and shower supplies. Great washer and drier but my daughter could not find any detergent , I did not look for it. There was plenty of water bottles in the kitchen cabinets, and coffee pods provided, we loved this! Not many kitchen supplies and no dishwasher or toaster oven, we were 4 guests and had to wash our coffee mugs and utensils, we did not cook any meals, the kitchen space is small. Our only complain is the noisy air conditioning unit inside the living space and the faucets in bathroom sink and kitchen that are hard to maneuver, adjust the water stream and noisy when you open and close them. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Very cute and clean place! I did not realize it was a shared space, almost like a guest house type deal. Although I do not typically prefer this set up for a stay, it was perfect for what my husband and I needed for the weekend. Great location as well! Good communication with the host.

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

I had a wonderful stay that was both enjoyable and peaceful. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The hosts were informative and helpful, providing everything I needed to make my visit smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was an easy and relaxing experience. I would definitely visit again and recommend this place.

I can say I was more than pleased with my experience at Andre’s Airbnb, from the location being better than the pictures to the privacy at this house. Everything was clean and very functional. Andre was very responsive with any questions I had. Great time honestly!

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Nice unit with just enough space. nice view and amenities. Design district has,a lot to do and location makes Miami easy to navigate and get around. Well priced.

Excelente atención, Juan me ayudó en todo momento con mis inquietudes, él respondía super rápido… el lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy limpio todo, las sábanas impecables, la vista del departamento espectacular, me gustó que su ubicación te queda cerca a todo a la playa, a lugares turísticos como el brickell, bayside, etc, no alcancé a ir a la piscina por el tiempo ya que me dediqué hacer turismo en la Ciudad pero algo que me agradó fue que en el mismo lugar del departamento en la parte baja puedes disfrutar del bar y restaurante, volvería sin lugar a duda!!!!

I love staying at this Airbnb. This is my third time staying here and I love it every time even more. I love how safe the neighborhood is. I love that there is a pizza place across the street and I love that. Nothing is too far away. the beach is just 20 minutes away. There’s so many greatrestaurants and really cool water activities to do like the raccoon island kayak trip or even the tree top tracking so to do all those fun outdoor activities. Come back to the Airbnb. Take a nice hot shower get some food and take a rest.

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.
