We had a fantastic weekend. The accommodation was spotless and the location was perfect. We will definitely be returning!

Courtyard Cottage is a tastefully decorated and very well presented cottage. If I had to describe it in one word that word would be "charming" partly because of the courtyard garden lovingly tended by Robert & his wife. Visitors should be aware that it is small but I quickly realised that this would only have been a problem if I had been planning on staying several weeks - I only stayed 5 nights. The big plus with the cottage is to be located slap bang in the middle of one of the most attractive and historic market towns in the region at a cost lower than a hotel. Knaresborough is ideal for visiting Ripon, Leeds, York (including Castle Howard), Fountains Abbey - and I even managed the Yorkshire Sculpture Park in under an hour each way. Robert is helpful and attentive without being at all intrusive. 5 stars all round.

Lovely, clean and tidy caravan with lots of wonderful homely touches. Great location and lovely quiet caravan park. Only a short walk to the train station to get to York and nearby chip shops, pubs and shops. Definitely would recommend and would love to stay again. Thank you!
