This cozy, super clean cottage has 1 Bedroom/1 Bath, a small refresh nook (no kitchen), gas grill,a decked porch with a fire pit, perfect for kicking back & soak'n in the wildlife of Lamar. Less than a mile to 3 boat docks. Walking, Birding & Fishing is the common entertainment of this beautiful coastal neighborhood. Due to asthma, no type of animal is allowed.

Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a BBQ pit and a Firepit. WiFi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!

Bring your kayak for the Goliad Paddling Trail, take a walk in solitiude down the road to the dry creek. 13 Minutes to Yorktown/18 minutes to Goliad. $20 per person over 2 guests. 4 guests max.

Relaxing , peaceful area!Cozy cottage with coastal theme , private fenced yard, screened porch near Goose island state park .Perfect for birders and wade or kayak fishing. Whooping cranes ( Oct.-April) and 400 species of birds migrate and live in the area . Deer roam freely . Fishing and boat ramps along the water. State park is a peaceful walk. Rockport a short 9 miles ,lovely drive. No hammock at this time.
