I grew up in Charleston and love any excuse to go back but this was such a unique experience!! Staying on King Street made this one of my best stays ever!! We walked to everything!!! I think we moved the car twice all weekend! This will be my new go to spot for weekend visits to Charleston!!! Top highlights: 1. Location, location, location 2. Beautiful building interior 3. Comfy and stylish accommodations 4. Coffee provided! 5. Beautiful bathrooms 6. Secure building Book it!!

Great location within 5 minutes to lovely park circle restaurants. Just down road from park and 20 mins to downtown restaurants and sites. We had issue with a/c on last night and response was terrific. Refunding one night because it couldn’t be fixed that night. Great communication from moment of booking. House is adorable 3 story condo with all needed for exploring Charleston. Thank you!

We absolutely loved Casa Zoe. It was beautiful, extremely clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were pristine and the kitchen was well-equipped and appointed. We thought the place exceeded the photos and description. Host was responsive and provided extremely helpful information. Highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay in Ladson. We were in town for a hockey tournament in Charleston and it was perfect for us. Out of the craziness and busy areas for Memorial Day weekend but close enough to get to everything we wanted. Quick trip to downtown, fort Sumter, and easy to get to North Charleston. Makenzie was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We had plenty of room for a family of 4 with hockey gear as well.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Richard even allowed us to check in early. Thank you so much. 12 min uber ride to downtown but able to walk amazing restaurants!

Loved the location and this place met all of our needs and expectations! Was very well stocked with toiletries, toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc which seems to be uncommon at places we've stayed before. This was our first stay at Kiawah and we will be back!

Great place to stay in Seabrook Island! The space was perfect for my friend and I to stay for a weekend marathon in nearby Kiawah Island. The home is close to shopping and restaurants, but has a fantastic marsh view from the screened in porch and back of the home. Very peaceful! We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable in the space. Would recommend!

We loved the place and its location. It was spotless and looked as shown in the pictures. It is located in the heart of the city and is close to the College of Charleston. We went to my daughter's graduation and were a 3-minute walk from the ceremony. Communication and instructions were excellent. The biggest struggle was bringing the luggage up three flights of stairs. I have been to Charleston enough to know that there aren't many elevators, but it was tough getting the big pieces of luggage up all of those stairs.

Good location. Easy to get to the various islands. Multiple restaurants, bars, and coffee shops right outside. However, the room was quiet. Very clean. Pictures and description were accurate. No hesitation to recommend.

Our stay was wonderful. Tim’s place was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities you would need and was in a great location. Tim was easy to communicate with and all the instructions were written out and easy to follow. I would highly recommend. Seabrook is a beautiful island and we will definitely be back.

Such a beautiful and peaceful home. So inviting and very comfortable. Totally worth it. Host was very responsive to all questions. You are so close to town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Great place & the pictures match the description. The only thing that looked different was the upstairs room, as I thought it was more of a loft but is more of a livable attic space (just smaller than I thought it would be). Nothing wrong with it though and we did not end up needing to use that room anyway. Wesal is a great host and communicates promptly. Very friendly! Me and my family were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely book with Wesal again!

We absolutely loved this home! My son & his bestie particularly enjoyed the theatre room and having a space of their own to relax and hang out. The large dining table with comfortable seating was ideal for playing card games, as well as dining. The beds were comfortable and the decor was unique and fun! Winston & Jain were wonderful hosts & we would 100% stay in their home again!

We loved the central location to many things to do, places to eat, and the cleanliness of the unit. The coffee shop around the corner was awesome and King street is a short walk away. Jamie and the staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. The only bummer was the fact that my search filters were for a pool. This unit provides pool access to the Wonder but it is 25 and up so not family friendly and is not onsite so we didn’t get to use it. Traveling from the north where temps are still cool in May, this was a major decision factor in my booking and I missed the fine print. Not blaming the host, just something I missed that is worth calling out, in case this is relevant to you. Other reviews mentioned noise levels due to the prime location but we didn’t have that problem. You can hear people walking and talking but it caused no disturbances or impacted our enjoyment. Very clean and looked just like the photos. Perfect location and super safe neighborhood there was even a police officer that over close by

This is a very special place - the bungalow is absolutely perfect and the marsh view, spectacular. We enjoyed the Spring House, Nancy was amazing! And the facility was 4 star. We rented bikes and the trails were spectacular - just a slice of nature you do not expect. If you have the chance to experience the Bluebird and Kiawah River, do it, you will not regret it!

Had a wonderful stay at Paige’s lovely home. The place was immaculate! We especially loved relaxing on the screened in porch off the kitchen and being able to walk to restaurants at night. Perfect!
