Monthly Rentals in Gorgognano

Staying with Carmine is top. We have been to Carmine and Alessandra in Certaldo for a month (mid-April / mid-May) and we can recommend that to everyone. Not only the reception ( in our case very late) was incredibly warm, but throughout our stay we felt very comfortable, this host is always open to questions, is proactive with giving information, tips about everything like where it is nice / tasty/ beautiful to visit. In addition, the house is very nice, it is great in the Tuscan hill country, between the wine and olive farmers, nice beds (we always find important especially if you are staying there longer) and really good Wi-Fi which was important for us to be able to work from here. The location is perfect. You are close to Florence, Siena, Pisa, and many special other villages/towns that are more than worth visiting. The month was over too soon! If we visit Tuscany again for sure with Carmine and Alessandra!

A great house in a prime location. Really everything was present. What about two bathrooms and three toilets? Air conditioning in all rooms. A very large garden. Your car safely behind electric access gates (with private remote control). A clean jacuzzi with a view of San Gimignano. Wonderful to cool off after a busy day in Florence. You can enjoy the birdsong and the lizards on the fence every day. Get tips: - If you go to Florence, park your car at “parcheggio Scandicci” and go back and forth to the city center for €3.40 by tram. This will prevent you from receiving expensive ZTL fines. - Parking in Certaldo on the other side of the track is free. You can get to the front of the station via a tunnel. After 5 minutes of walking straight ahead, you can take the cable car to Certaldo Alto. - The COOP in Certaldo is great, the one in Montespertoli is a bit more messy and less extensive - A 5-kilometer drive away, you can do a “wine and tasting” at A Solatio. GREAT!

The host is very welcoming, due to problems with navigation, unable to locate the house address accurately, the host contacted us in time and send the coordinates, and personally came outside the gate to welcome us, and warmly introduced the room facilities, the surrounding area of the room was beautiful, the room was clean, the room was clean, super nice

A really fabulous villa, the garden is gorgeous, the views stunning and the house was probably the best equipped of any holiday house we have ever stayed. It felt like a home rather than a rental villa. Johann was very responsive and Sandra very welcoming. We hope to be back!
