Winifred is a charming 2 bedroomed terraced cottage located just a 3 minute walk from Gorleston's beautiful beach and only a 10 minute drive to Great Yarmouth’s Pleasure Beach. The cottage has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and sleeps up to 3 comfortably. The ground floor has a large lounge with smart TV and access to a rear courtyard through a dining room. There’s a large double bedroom with king sized bed, a cosy single bedroom and modern bathroom. A perfect base for exploring!

Bluebell Cottage
Bluebell cottage is a perfect getaway, any time of year! Situated between the beach and local town of Gorleston on Sea, the beach is just a 5-10 minute walk, down Englands Lane, with the Pavilion theatre and bandstand and cliff top terraces. The town of Gorleston is filled with shops, bakery, newsagents, restaurants and public houses to suit your mood with a large supermarket. Great Yarmouth is a 5 minute drive by car for the Pier, Pleasure Beach, Crazy Golf, Amusements & the Model Village!

Space for everyone to spread out. Outside there is a BBQ with room to eat and to sit and chat. Relax in the hot tub with a glass. Plenty of room at our massive table for Sunday lunch inside. In addition have fun on the long sandy beach (4 min walk away). Excellent for dogs too. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs and stair gates). You’ll have 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room,sitting/dining room, garden, hot tub, own parking. Restaurants, pubs nearby.

As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!

The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.
