We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

Just returned from a weekend break at Kirsty's chalet & literally cannot fault it! spotlessly clean, check in was straight forward and there were some lovely little welcome gifts for us & the kids which were a lovely surprise. swimming pool was a couple minute walk & brilliant.. beach was only a 10 minute walk away and also only 10 minutes to yarmouth pier 😊 100% we will return. Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

Lovely stay for a sunny weekend family getaway. Dax was really responsive and helpful, the house was lovely and only 10 mins to Gorlestone beach which was amazing for the kids with the free splash park and expansive gorgeous sand. Lots of amenities were provided and the hot tub was a great addition for chilled evenings. All round a great stay- would recommend!

The cottage is beautiful, it felt really cosy and homely which was important as we were there for Christmas! Such a lovely spot and Melpo was really quick to respond to queries.

We had a great time. Will recommend to people . Walked into town but was ok once we realised about the clipper bus every 15min from top of the road, was better for us older ones hehe. The accommodation was brilliant thank you 👍

WOW! What a place to stay! This is a stunningly beautiful home. Decor is gorgeous! Hot tub was amazing and definitely needed after a 7/8 mile walk from here to Winterton! Could not fault the place. Bottle of prosecco was a lovely welcoming gift too! Thank you ever so much for a wonderful stay. Hope to return soon! Jackie

We really relaxed at Julia’s place. It was tastefully decorated with stylish furniture and attention to detail. Every need was catered for. The bathroom was great, with thick towels, the kitchen was extremely well equipped and spotless and the bedroom had a very comfortable bed and deep carpet. There was a lounge with good size tv plus an extra sitting area upstairs with books and games. Outside was a lovely patio with furniture and a sunny garden area. This gets a perfect 5/5 from us.

I stayed at Claire’s place for two weeks as I was working in the area. It was a comfortable, stylish and welcoming home that served my purposes very well. The facilities were great and there were thoughtful touches such as extra blankets, hot water bottles and the offer of fans if needed. Claire was always really helpful and quick to respond to any communications. A very reasonably priced accommodation that was really well located - a couple of minutes away from the beach. Thank you Claire for a lovely place to stay!

Such a peaceful place. Lovely decor, great smell, board games, antique books. Extremely clean. I watched the sunrise from my bedroom’s window. Well equipped kitchen, lots of plants and flowers around the cottage. Rustic places with character. A lovely garden outside with table and chairs to enjoy evening drinks or a morning coffee. Overall, excellent, I will be back.

Thimble cottage is small but perfectly formed. As stated the stairs are very steep in a very small space which if you are not very agile you should take into consideration. The cottage is well equipped and has everything you need. The only thing I would have liked is a full length mirror in the bedroom. It is Close to shops, pub/restaurants. The pub at the end of the road, the Ship, wasn’t for us but if you just want a drink when you get home it’s ok. The Outside area reminded me of a working man’s club. The Castle pub/restaurant is a 10 minute walk especially if you find the short cut. Food was good and nice area to sit outside. The best bit for us was the very long sandy beach which is dog friendly all year around 2 minutes walk away. Great base for visiting Norfolk. There is a small dishwasher which Tracey informed us that the quickest wash is the glasses option. My husband didn’t realise that and put it on economy, I didn’t think it was ever going to end. Lol. We Would recommend

We booked Jordan's beautiful home to stay at whilst attending a local wedding in Elms Barn. It was the perfect stay, Jordan was friendly and contacted us a few days before the stay with details like the lock key code and WiFi details, she was also on hand to answer any questions and responded super fast and even wished us lovely time at the wedding. The house was spotless, the cleanest house I've ever stayed in at Air BNB with fluffy fresh towels and all the amenities you could need. She also had a collection of toys, games and books for children and had a crib and family essentials available. We were a young couple without children but felt at home straightaway. I would recommend to anyone visiting Beccles or surrounding areas to visit this beautiful converted Forge with amazing steelwork and art on display. Thank you Jordan for such an amazing stay! We would definitely come again.

A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage, everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome hamper and little touches. The view was fabulous, enjoyed watching rabbits grazing on the lawn every evening and even had a visit from a mother and baby deer. Central for all the exploring of the broads we wanted to do and a relaxing place to come home to at the end of each day. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and soft towels. Everything we needed for a time out and renewing stay. Thank you.

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

We had an amazing stay, the house and the surroundings as described on Airbnb. Excellent communication from the host. We had brilliant sunshine when we stayed. So the only slight recommendation would be to have curtains in the two main rooms to block out the sunshine at 4:30am.

Beautifully Farmhouse with everything you need. Quality furnishings, linen etc. Extremely well equiped kitchen. There was even a playroom with toys which wasn't mentioned. Very safe enclosed garden for a two and five year old to play in. It might be worth mentioning that there were 5 beautiful large shower rooms but no actual bath. Didn't bother us, but maybe worth taking a small baby bath if you have a non standing infant. We had a fabulous stay. Great for an exstended family as there was plenty of space to share or be alone. We enjoyed a wonderful week at this gorgeous home, Kelvin was a very attentive host. The home was fabulous, immaculate, very welcoming and a stones throw from the beach. Honestly you'd be hard pushed to find anything with a better location and so comfy. The games room was great fun and we all enjoyed a hilarious games day on the 1 rainy day of our stay and kept having rematches!!!! I couldn't rate this home high enough, parking was super easy, plenty of great places to eat a lot of which had great gluten free options. The Lookout does an amazing breakfast and the staff are really friendly, Ryans fish and chips were lush and they have gf options on a Wednesday and Thursday, The Ship pub were really nice too. we did cook honest! The kitchen was lovely with all the mod cons you'd need and we'll supplied with equipment. Thanks Kelvin, we'd love to come back!

An absolutely perfect place to stay in Beccles. Exactly as per photos. Easy to find,central to so many places -even without a car. Spotlessly clean,with everything you could think of.

Ali’s place is beautifully and tastefully decorated It is also well designed so that our multi generational family gathering at the house had plenty of space in rooms with comfortable beds and fantastic showers as well as an enormous bath in the family bathroom . We enjoyed family meals around the big table in the dining room with an enviable outlook to the sea, using the excellent kitchen facilities and equipment. The house is a minute’s walk from the beach and promenade and a few minutes walk to the local shops of Kirkley. It’s the sort of house that makes you dream of having a place of your own by the seaside. Thanks Ali.
