Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

See the sunrise from bed, watch deer and cranes from the terrace, cozy wood fire in the stove when it gets cool. Comfortable beds, mini kitchen and storage space in the trailer, water tap, shower, toilet, fridge in the main house about 50 meters away. Fire pit and barbecue area in front of the car. In order to keep the overnight price low, we give our guests the opportunity to bring their own bed linen and towels (both can also be rented for a fee: €10 and €5 per person)

Due to our proximity to the easternmost point of Germany, the Einsiedel Cultural Island and the Neisse, we are the ideal place to stay for families, cyclists, etc. Even if the property is not quite finished from the outside, we have put a lot of effort into the interior design. In addition, from January 1, there will be a fee of €2 per person aged 18 and over, provided it is a private trip.

In the lower area is the living room with a spacious open kitchen with dining area as well as 1 toilet.

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.
