Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30 min to Basel, France is 45 minutes away, and Freiburg is an hour away. Feldberg is 45 minutes away. The Schweigmatt swimming pool is a club pool. The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.
