Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located retreat. Located on a half acre. Recently completed a remodel; everything in this home is new. Bedroom one has a king-size bed. Bedroom two has a queen. The sofa sleeper is also a queen with a memory foam mattress. For the yoga enthusiast the side deck is the perfect space to get centered. The cottage is located in walking distance of Clearbrook Golf Course and just a short drive to Oval Beach or downtown Saugatuck.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The best feature for us was the screened-in porch—we spent hours out there just relaxing with our one-month-old baby. The kitchen was excellent, with double ovens, and having a washer and dryer on-site was incredibly convenient. The location is close to all the wineries and cideries, and just a short drive to plenty of restaurants over in Fennville. We also really appreciated that a pack-and-play was provided, which gave us a safe and comfortable spot for our baby to sleep. As dog owners, we were grateful for the thoughtful touches like water bowls and a crate. It was also a nice surprise to arrive on a hot day and find the room air conditioners already running. We’d definitely stay again!

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They introduced themselves to us and we immediately felt welcome. The place was the perfect size for two people to share. The only thing is that every night we would find a bug in the room. Not a huge deal but just something to keep in mind when booking. It could also get a little noisy with the owners living downstairs but for the price it really isn’t a problem since they’re so nice. Overall it’s a great place to stay. They even picked us strawberries from their garden for us to eat/take home!

The apartment was very clean and was the perfect location to walk everywhere in town. I noticed the amenities show no tv but there was a tv! We loved the view of the water. It got a little loud outside when people walked by at night but nothing a little white noise on our phones didn’t fix. The bed was comfortable. Linens were clean. Everything was clean! The only thing we had a small issue with was that the pillows were quite flat so if that’s an issue, bring your pillow from home. We will definitely be staying again!

The house is lovely-quaint log cabin with nicely updated kitchen and sparkly clean bathrooms! Wonderful porch with hot tub. The neighborhood is away from downtown which has its perks. The home is one of many duplicates in a cute “subdivision”. Neighboring houses in the association are very close to each other and give a nice community feel. The house is close to the main road so easy to find, but some traffic noise. Restrictive parking but clear directions from owners. Lovely large dining table, two living spaces and three ample bedrooms with clean linens and towels.
