Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit eigenem Eingang. Küchenbereich und Flur sind offen gestaltet und gehen fliessend in den Ess- und Wohnbereich über. Die Küche selbst ist neu und verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, Backofen und eine Mikrowelle. Das großzügige Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und eine separate Dusche. Im funktional eingerichteten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett für zwei Personen. Die Terrasse ist von der Straße fast nicht einsehbar.

Die schöne Region Bodensee südlich vor uns und das Donautal nördlich hinter uns - das ist der ideale Ort für Ruhe, Wanderungen und Badeurlaub. Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. Dorniermuseum Friedrichshafen.

The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

Our cozy apartment is located overlooking the Swiss shore, southwest-facing in Wangen, within walking distance of Lake Constance. The three-room apartment with separate entrance is 78 m² and has a terrace across the entire width, directly to the garden. Hikes or bike tours can be started directly from the house. Information about excursions and sights can be found in our suburb and in the tourist information of Öhningen.

Nordlicht Vacation Rental

The charming Fewo Nordlicht (63 sqm) is located directly on the Swiss border. It sleeps up to 4 people with great ambience and exposed beams. The additional spacious roof terrace (26 sqm), offers a great view of the Swiss Alps with a good view. A top equipped kitchen ensures a pleasant comfort. An associated parking space right in front of the house or large garage for car and bicycles to lock.
