Small apartment for 2 people. Wide doors, shower and toilet barrier-free, well suited for older or health-impaired people. Car can be parked directly in front of the entrance door. Optionally also suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment is located directly at Rosenbach train station. Access to all public transport is right at your doorstep. Nevertheless, very quiet and secluded location. 12 km to Velden Wörthersee, 12 km to Faakersee.

The apartment, and the hallway too, was clean, tidy, and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Likely we'll book it again. The interior fits perfectly to the landscape. It's in a good spot too if you're staying for hiking and tracking as both sides of the Alps give plenty to do. The surrounding is especially beautiful. One thing to be aware of is the noise of the close by road that may bother some. The apartment is easy to access by car, and the check in and out are comfortable and easy. The owners are very helpful and responsive. We even received some suggestions for how to spend our time. For those who care about internet connection, we had fast and stable wifi all the time. Our experience was overly positive, so I can highly recommend this apartment!

Gregor's place was the perfect base for my friend and I to climb Mt Triglav. The accommodation was very clean, warm, and equipped with all the kitchen utensils we needed. Gregor and his girlfriend were extremely hospitable and flexible regarding check-in and check-out times. I would gladly stay at Gregor's place again and highly recommend him as a host.
