For our guests we give 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und besteht aus Wohnzimmer,Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Dusche,WC,WT .Eine gemeinschaftlichgenutzte Küche befindet sich auch im Erdgeschoss außerhalb der Wohnung. Die Küche ist für 3FeWo wobei jeder seinen eigenen Kühlschrank,Kaffeemaschine und Toaster hat.Da die Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen ist kann man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Bahn ,Bus und natürlich auch den sehr schönen Strand gut fußläufig erreichen.

Hello, you love guests, our apartment is located in the souterrain of our home. We bought the house in mid-2018 and renovated it according to our ideas. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

The sunny 2-room apartment is a dream for sun lovers. It is 49 m² and designed for 3 people. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. On the balcony you can have your coffee in the sun as early as 10 am. Later, you can relax in your own beach chair until the sun slowly disappears around 6 pm.
