Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Grand Paris

Het appartement is heel rustig gelegen op korte afstand van het Bois de Vincennes. Het is goed en smaakvol ingericht en in de keuken vind je alles wat je nodig hebt. Wat wij het mooiste vonden was het uitzicht op een adembenemende boom in de tuin.

We enjoyed our vacations at Aline and Greg's studio - everything is exactly matching pictures and descriptions. Lots of bus stops nearby and a subway station walking distance is around 5 minutes. Comfortable bed, everything you need for your shower and cooking if you are willing to. The projector idea is also nice if you are tired of exploring the city and want to spend a cozy evening at home watching Netflix or your favorite movies. Highly recommended for those who don't want to spend thousands for accommodation but still have all the necessities and a good transport hub location. Thank you, Aline and Greg! :)

This was a wonderful and quiet place to stay. I work in technology and worked for this unit all week long and WIFI was fast and reliable. There is a grocery store right next door and it was open until 10pm making my adjusted evening work schedule easier so I could grab evening snacks and meal items. Great restaurants along the street too. The street is not busy so there was little traffic noise which can be rare in big cities. The unit had a nice warm homey lived in feel. Bruno was always responsive and very helpful.

Kleine, aber feine Unterkunft. Etwa 10-15 min von der Metrostation Hoche entfernt. Ganz netter Empfang mit persönlicher Nachricht in Form eines Schreibens. Besonders nett und aufmerksam fand ich, dass der Kühlschrank mit Lebensmitteln für das Frühstück gefüllt war, von denen man sich bedienen durfte. Ich komme gerne wieder.

J'ai passé 3 nuits dans ce logement avec mes 2 filles : après un accueil personnalisé des hôtes, nous avons profité de ce lieu très calme, dans un environnement tranquille. Nous sommes rentrées à plus de minuit le soir et à pieds sans difficulté. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

This is one of those AirBnBs where I hesitate to write a glowing review only because I want to make sure it’s still available for us to rent again in the future 😉 This entire experience is what I wish all AirBnBs were. A home away from home that at once feels special and comfortable, lived-in yet clean and tidy, a place where you can imagine, for a short while, that you’re a Parisian local. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, and perfect for two adults and our 2-year-old. Philippe kindly provided a booster chair and a crib, but as she gets older, we plan to return and have her sleep in the twin bed. There were toys for her to enjoy, wine and a few groceries for us (thanks, Philippe!). We walked to the Jardin de Plants many times, frequented many cafés and delicious restaurants, shopped the Sunday markets - all in the neighborhood. We loved our surroundings and felt like locals. Um excelente apartamento em Paris, com bom custo benefício. O anfitrião respondeu rapidamente e foi muito atencioso conosco. Único detalhe a se observar é que fica distante do centro de Paris, e o transporte público em frente ao apartamento não vai até o final do dia conforme horário do metrô. Porém, o custo benefício é ótimo e voltaria com certeza a me hospedar.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil de Marie-Hélène est chaleureux et souriant. Elle est aussi attentive à vos besoins. Le studio est moderne et fonctionnel. Situé dans un quartier pavillonnaire tranquille, il permet de parfaitement se reposer, notamment lorsque l'on vient dans un cadre professionnel. Une petite terrasse extérieure permet également de profiter du jardin.

Corine est une hôte extrêmement gentille. Son logement est un petit coin de Paris aux portes de Paris. J'y ai séjourné durant 1 mois et demi et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Le logement, impeccable était super confortable, très bien équipé, avec une vue extraordinaire! Quelques travaux en cours étaient déplaisants en matinée, mais nous ne restions pas à l’appartement durant la journée de toute manière. Déplacement en métro hyper faciles, immeuble sécuritaire, tout à été parfait!

Soreya’s place was great. It was exactly as described. She was kind enough to let me check in early. She even met me at the place. There were places to eat and a supermarket within close proximity. There were 2 metro stations within walking distance which could transport to all the great Paris sights. I highly recommend Soreya’s place to stay.

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.

Für unseren Besuch von Paris und Disneyland war diese Wohnung ideal. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metrostation und alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer, Restaurants...) innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bry sur Marne ist wirklich zauberhaft. In der Wohnung war alles zu finden, was wir benötigt haben, sie war sauber und verfügt über Rolläden in den Schlafzimmern. Wir können die Wohnung und Nathalie als Host nur weiterempfehlen.

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
