Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Grand Paris

Loved staying at this apartment! The location is great and super close to the Eiffel Tower. The cafe across the apartment is super cute and has great food. The apartment has an AC which really helped us cool down during a hot week. The hosts were great to communicate with, super helpful and I would recommend this airbnb to anyone.

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

Love everything about this place. Beautifully decorated feels newly remodelled. Every corner is the perfect backdrop for photos. Loved the bath with the view of the tower. Perfect for the two of us. Especially in Europe some of the hotel rooms are beautiful but you don’t have any space to even set your suitcase. Felt comfortable and right at home here. Maha is very accommodating. Excellent host

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

We absolutely LOVED staying at 21 Place Dauphine! The location near Notre Dame and right across the bridge from the 6th Arr. is absolutely perfect! There is a precious courtyard with a wine shop and little cafes and locals playing bocce that was a delight. Beds are comfortable (pillows were a little hard), and the a/c works great. The stairs up to the apartment are original and treacherous if you don't have great mobility - just be careful! Luckily, there was a small elevator to transport our bags up to the apartment and my older parents just used the elevator to go up and down. The kitchen has what you need for cocktails and snackies and, but don't plan to cook a meal there. Every morning we went to a boulangerie within walking distance & brought back pastries & had coffee in the apartment w/ the windows open & birds chirping and it was magical. One of our favorite restaurants within a 5-minute walk was Chez Fernand on rue Christine! (need rezzies, for sure)

Beautiful newly remodeled place with pristine furnishings in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and trains. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and greeted me upon check in and helped me during check out. I have been to Paris a few times and this was my favorite stay if you are not looking for a big group stay. I was very impressed. Thank you Kazumi!

We loved Martin’s apartment. It was very comfortable and perfect for a couple. The location was excellent with lots to do locally and close to the centre of Paris. We left on the fast train to Lyon, a 15 min walk from the doorstep. Martin was a great host, always accessible with great local knowledge.

A fine, spacious apartment in a great location. Safe and walkable. No air conditioning, but it was not needed for this trip. The washer / dryer worked better than most european evaporative dryers that I have encountered. The apartment does not get very dark for sleeping as the curtains to not cover the windows well. I'm a good sleeper and it didn't matter much, but others should know. This apartment had a LOT of clutter. In an Airbnb or hotel room, I want clear surfaces to put my things. It isn't helpful to have the beside tables and living room tables full of books, etc.

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable for our family of five — spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented, which was perfect for us. We especially appreciated being so close to the M7 metro line, making it easy to explore the city. There’s also a great bakery and supermarket just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. Our host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommended!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Seemless experience,the house was extremely clean and very well furnished in a way were me and my family were comfortable in the home.We liked very much the private parking for our car which was perfect for us.The house was fully equipped and really fulfilled all of our needs.Our host Fatiha was very engaging and helpful and we didn’t find any difficulties in the check in or check out.The perfect place to stay when in France.

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Perfect apartment in the 9th! What a lovely find, this space was ideal for our family of four. Great location and easy to walk to everything. Wonderful cafes and boulangeries down the street. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spotless. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking light meals. For warm nights there were fans and with windows open we could sleep well despite the heat. Great decor and comfortable set up. I would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

Absolutely enjoyed staying at Jonathan’s place. Awesome interior with lots of natural light. The views are epic as well. Communication was clear and straight on point.
