Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Grand Paris

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Sie wirkt bewohnt und gar nicht steril. Lage, Ausstattung und Gebäude vermitteln sofort das Gefühl typisch französisch unterwegs zu sein. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig, aber doch mitten im Leben der Großstadt. Wir waren zu viert da und haben alle unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Es gab gemeinsames frühstücken und viele Gespräche am Tisch. Und zwischendurch konnte jeder aber auch für sich sein. Abendessen haben wir immer wie echte Pariser gemacht, zweimal gleich in der Nähe der Wohnung. Bus und Metro sind auch gleich um die Ecke, diese schöne Wohnung ist also auch idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Also alles perfekt. Vielen Dank an Didier, dass wir seine vier Wände kurz zu unseren machen durften.

Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

This apartment was a perfect spot for our Paris getaway. The location was perfect, and the decor evoked everything we could hope for in a Parisian vacation. Thank you so much!

Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten das große Glück, in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung übernachten zu dürfen – das war eine unserer besten Airbnb-Erfahrungen. Das Interior Design ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und ausgesprochen stilvoll. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und strahlt gleichzeitig eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre aus. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf, der schöne Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein – ob mit einer morgendlichen Tasse Kaffee in der Sonne oder mit einem Glas Wein am Abend. Die Lage ist hervorragend – zentral, aber ruhig, mit allem, was man braucht, in direkter Nähe. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Gastgeberin: äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Kurz gesagt: Diese Wohnung ist ein echtes Juwel. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

We enjoyed our stay at Toni's place. It was a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view. Toni was very responsive and gave us perfect instructions for our check-in. We would recommend this apartment.

A lovely apartment exactly as advertised. Watching the TE sparkle nightly enchanted us! Communication was friendly and immediate, the neighborhood lively and walkable. We would love to return—the proximity to the Tower has spoiled us!

On a passé deux nuits dans le logement de Dorian. L’appartement était propre et l’hôte a toujours été réactif à nos questions. Si on retourne sur Paris on va pas hésiter à le rebooker

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

J'ai vraiment aimé l'appartement. Mickael a rapidement résolu tous les problèmes que je lui ai signalés. Une excellente option pour un ou deux voyageurs.

loved Veronique and Philippes house. in addition to being great hosts their house was very clean, with great amenities and a good location (lots of bakeries and places to eat nearby)

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

wir waren für eine Städtetrip in Paris und haben dafür die Unterkunft von Eléonore verwendet. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, aber super zu erreichen mit der Metro. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber schön und modern eingerichtet. Auch der Kontakt mit Eléonore war super einfach und reibungslos.

Небольшая и чистая студия. Всё необходимое для проживания есть. Находится в пеший доступности до трамвая, который ведет в метро. Хозяин был отзывчивый, и по нашей просьбе он принёс необходимые вещи.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
