Farmstay holiday rentals in Grand Union Canal

I stayed at this air bnb for my wedding at a nearby venue. It was the best! I felt so relaxed, the host was very friendly and we had the best time! I would highly recommend staying here

Celebrated our 1 year anniversary and it was absolutely lovely, we are definitely going back! Lynden was so lovely and gave clear instructions that made finding eveything so easy, love our tour of the farm and feeding all the animals that were so friendly! The room was really nice and decorated so beautifully & really appreciated the complimentary snacks. We loved the hot tub, lighting the fire for our marshmallows, and how close the animals got to us! Was a lovely place to stay felt so at home and welcomed, would define my recommend :)

A fabulous country cottage within large gardens including a pretty waterlily pond & beautiful wildflower meadow. Lovely views & country walks on the doorstep. Very welcoming, friendly hosts made us feel at home straight away. Idyllic! The bed was super comfy too! We’d definitely recommend this property & stay again. Thank you Karen & Phil

We really enjoyed our stay in the stables studios. The best feature, is most definitely the amazing view from the patio. Which looks over fields and paddocks (which currently have 3 Alpacas and a Donkey). We drove into Lutterworth for an evening meal (at Cheikho's), Which I would highly recommend. We were surprised to witness a spectacular fireworks display, thanks to the wedding event at the main house (thank you, whoever you are 🙏🏻) I would gladly recommend to family and friends

Perfect for our short stay in Milton Keynes, hut was lovely and was nice to have some tea and biscuit provisions. Easy check in and a beautiful area to be set up at. Hut is right next to the farm house and store. Fortunately we had no noise from either. Overall very pleased, only slight issue was that the bathroom fan wasn't working (or we couldn't work out how to turn it on) so it got very humid in there, some signs of mould but could be related to the fan so I'm sure will get fixed soon.

Beautiful gardens quaint cottage. Annex rustic and serviceable. Different pictures on line. Courtyard looked very different as did the funiture in the front room. The bathroom needs updating bit too rustic for me but thats my opinion. Very comfortable and outside is outstanding.

A beautiful place to stay , with so many extras , felt totally private and loved the use of the outdoor seating area and hot tub . Both me & my wife said it had been one of our favourites, note to others book somewhere to eat if travelling at the weekend. The only ‘extras’ we d of liked would have been robes & slippers but that said that’s being picky . A beautiful find .

Honestly the most beautiful place, starting with the warmest of welcomes from Joanna & her gorgeous doggies! To lovely animals, and the most amazing scenery. We spent most of our time taking photos & they have come out amazing in this location. The rooms were spotless and the only thing I would have changed would be I wish I could have stayed longer! I couldn’t recommended this Air BNB enough, we all had the best time, full of relaxing & taking in the location!

A lovely beautiful home away from all the chaos but surrounded by nature. A perfect getaway to have with friends or family where you have your own space. Highly recommended and would definitely rebook. Loved my stay here! Thank you to the host!

We have just returned home after a week at the barn. We have been extremely impressed with everything and the little extras have made it stand out above several airbnb places we have stayed in over the years. It was very clean and spacious with everything we needed to make a great holiday. Janice and David are very friendly and we’re happy to chat and give us the space to enjoy our holiday at the same time. The surroundings were also perfect for a real relaxing break. All in all I would say that our time there has been perfect and we hope to come again in the future. Thanks again Sarah x

We stayed for two weeks at The Studio. It's in an absolutely stunning location, (any noise from nearby road is masked by that of the river running past the old mill), with wonderful views. Lucy, Simon and the rest of their family were extremely welcoming and friendly. The 'rest of the family' included five really friendly dogs, two of which were waiting outside to greet us when we arrived, equally friendly & tame bantams which would come running up to us every time they saw us, a pair of ducks, and horses. There was also all sorts of wildlife including a pair of swans and their cygnets, a peacock, heron, ducks, moorhens and a little egret. If you want to walk to a pub you can get to The White Lion, avoiding most of the roads lacking pavements. Turn left out of Bois Mill, walk about 500yds to a footpath on the right that takes you up the hill through woods towards top of Bell Lane. Lucy & Simon are also happy to detail other walks. What an amazing little hide away. Blown away from the first glance over the wooden farm gate, like walking into a little magical forest. The hut was stunning. low roof on the outside and tall inside ( im 6ft and no issues). Gave a hobit like feel Custom little touches like the heart on the door with congratulations and our names. Lay out of the towels and gowns just perfect. The lights around the island in the pond was fantastic. We took ate an Italian food board and bottle of fizz- it was very romantic. Nothing but the sounds of wild life. Marshmallows provided was a treat on the fire pit at night. Fresh eggs left for us in the kitchen was amazing in the morning cooked on the outdoor kitchen- was a nice experience. Easy to get supplies delivered if needed.

A great place to stay with lots of thoughtful touches. Perfect for the two of us and our baby. Highly recommended!

Steve and Alison were so welcoming on arrival and informative before we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble The accommodation was amazing and in such a beautiful location. Perfect for a walk into Oxford. Highly recommend and will definitely go again

Marks place was superb! Me and 2 teammates said here for 1 night during our travels. Mark was very welcoming, the grange was spotless and it had everything we needed for a good comfortable nights sleep. We stay in lots of airbnbs as we travel the country to races. Marks is the best yet! Highly recommended 👌

We had a lovely stay at Ian's. The village was lovely and peaceful, and the Airbnb was clean, cosy and exactly as described. Ian was easy to contact and there was good communication. Extra touches, such as a hairdryer and cold water in the fridge made it special and were so handy! Ian was helpful and gave us taxi recommendations, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!!

The Annex is a perfect get away place. Set in a beautiful village with amazing views and wonderful walks. Tracey was a great host , quick to respond and to make sure you had the best stay. The accomodation is well presented , with everything you need. We found the bed super comfortable & the shower was great . Tracey kindly allowed us to use her decking area to sit outside & the kids loved the space. We would definitely recommend The Annex 😀

The accommodation was faultless, the barns (there are 3 with identical layouts attached together) have been so well designed, the ground floor is all open plan with a large mezzanine area upstairs for bedroom and bathroom, everywhere feels spacious and the barn is well furnished . The purpose of our stay was business and after a hard days work it was a delight to arrive to discover the above and relax. That evening we subsequently booked for the next week as we have a nearby business and using an Airbnb cuts out 3 hours daily commuting.

I’ve never been so sad to leave an Air BnB! Peaceful, quiet, heaven! Lovely enclosed garden/decking with patches of grass for the dogs, plenty of choice of outdoor furniture! Decking is a little worn and rotted in certain parts but otherwise it was a perfect little spot, we had perfect weather and spent most our time out there. 3 beautiful horses to watch graze from the garden with a cuppa, and a very cute donkey and Shetland behind the house to say hello to! It was honestly amazing - the perfect quiet retreat, the house is on the owners’ land but we were never disturbed but hosts were extremely responsive if we needed anything. Beautiful flowers and lovely fresh sourdough, chocolate and wine left for us which was such a lovely touch! Hosts were so welcoming and friendly, helped us with our bags which was very kind. Rooms were amazing with TVs, great wardrobe space, full working kitchen, stunning bathroom. We literally had everything we could possibly need, I would live there forever!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. Kathryn was a great host, facilitating a very comfortable stay. Kathryn's communication from booking through to checking out was hugely appreciated. The cottage was idyllically situated with a very restful outlook. It was lovely to be able to sit outside, with a choice of the orchard or overlooking the paddock. The kitchen was probably the best equipped in a holiday home that we have ever experienced. The whole place was spotlessly clean & and the beds were very comfortable. The huge bath towels were luxuriously fluffy ! We could easily return & spend a week visiting even more attractions in the area & exploring the countryside.
