Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grandola ed Uniti

It was a wonderful stay and the people in Nesso very friendly. The little shop nearby stocks everything we needed and the 'Sport' pizza restaurant was very good. Managing the stairs daily saved me from the need to go jogging. Nesso is special because there is no traffic noise although, if you are driving then the roads are narrow and need 100% attention. The ferries are really worth the fares, buses too. So many thanks and it will stay in our memory as a brilliant BnB

Had a great stay at Olga's place, views and garden are spectacular and the house as listed so perfect for either a short or long stay. Olga was great at communicating. Steps down to the property are steep but doable with care. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great whilst we were there but under cover outside seating area and table helped with this. Would recommend 👍

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Monica and Luciano are wonderfull hosts. First of all their house is located at a top position with a unique view on the lago and inside the house you experience the atmosphere of a nice environment in any detail and in any aspect. You breath the Italian hospitality. Monica and Luciano treated us in a fantastisc way and they provided is with so much enthousiastic information to make our stay “indimenticabile”. The house has a fantastic location between the vineyards of Brissago. The architecture, the interior and the rooms are very beautiful and we liked them very much - we love puristic design. Many details in the house and around it make the house something very special. When you sit on the terrace in the evening, grill, the grills chirp and you look at the lake with a glass of wine - then this atmosphere is something unique - which you cannot buy. Eva - the house fairy - is super friendly and helpful and gave us many tips. Mille Grazie for the wonderful stay at Casa Largo. We will be happy to come back!

We had the pleasure of spending a few unforgettable days at Katie’s beautiful apartment in Ronco sopra Ascona. The view is absolutely breathtaking – Lake Maggiore stretches out at your feet, with Ascona and the Brissago Island in full view, framed by the surrounding mountains. The long hours of sunshine on the spacious terrace were a true highlight. The apartment is nice furnished, very well maintained, and offers plenty of space with its three bedrooms – ideal for families or small groups. Everything was clean and perfectly prepared – you can tell Katie is a thoughtful and caring host. The location is peaceful, yet just a short drive from Ascona and the lake. The combination of privacy, stunning views, and comfort makes this place a real gem. We’d love to come back – thank you, Katie!

Stefano has been a great host. He was always available to help me and offer suggestions. His apartment is very nice, well equipped and in a very attactive, historical secion of Ascona. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thanks Stefano!

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

Incredible apartment, well equipped, very attentive host, short walk to the bakery and bus stop, beautiful balcony where we spent every evening, I would recommend this place to everyone!

We had a great stay at Camillo's villa during our trip to Lake Como. The location is beautiful and peaceful with a view of the lake. It's only a short walk to restaurants, the train station, and the ferry dock. We had a rental car so the parking spot inside the gate was a great perk. The town of Varenna is an easy and pretty 15 minute walk along the water. We enjoyed how the town got quieter at dinner time when the crowds left. Camillo and his father were very friendly and helpful during the check in process, and the home was very clean and spacious! The bedding was comfortable and the couch was a nice bonus spot to relax in the afternoon.

The apartment is in a terrific location, an easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as being centrally located for all the great sites and attractions of Milan. The apartment itself is fantastic. Very spacious and anyone who loves 20th century design will love it! Davide is a very responsive host, very helpful and quick to return messages, and Mario gave us a very warm welcome with all the information needed to make our stay and easy and enjoyable one. Thank you Davide, Mario and Elisabetta for a wonderful stay!

Four of us stayed here for only a couple days and were incredibly impressed by the spectacular view of the lake and the surroundings. It looked like out of a travel magazine. The unit itself was quite nice with total upgrades everywhere which were in top condition. If you are driving yourself up the hill to the home be prepared for some fun driving adventures on twisting turning curves that are somewhat narrow. We always had a driver. We could see that it takes some experience to get good at it.

This became the highlight of a wonderful week in Italy. we would have stayed many more days if we could. I imagine Heaven to be literally like this place and experience Beautiful in every detail with a great staff. we had a private chef cooked dinner and breakfast that was spectacular too. I will find an excuse to come back!!!

We stayed with 7 architects in this beautiful house. It exceeded our high expectations. The house and the surroundings are incredibly beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay there for 2 nights.

Beautiful apartment with a great privat garden, perfect for morning coffees and relaxation. It took only few minutes to walk down to Menaggio's restaurants and shops and it was easy to visit the near by cities by the ferry. Loved our stay, hope to come back some day.

Simon was a wonderful host. He welcomed us warmly and personally, took plenty of time to give us helpful tips about the region. You could tell at all times that this was a private property and not an investment property. It was tastefully furnished with beautiful, partly antique furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and we really enjoyed cooking and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake from the terrace. Everything in this charming house worked and it was very clean and well maintained. Simon's advice about the challenging stairs to and around the house should be taken very seriously. He accurately describes these and other challenges that come with living in this old and charming village. Overall, we felt super comfortable. Simon was always available, extremely helpful, and we had some really nice chats with him. If you love the northern Italian lakes, appreciate individuality, and value a highly dedicated host, this is the perfect place for you.

My only regret is that we can’t give 6 stars on the evaluation and that since we want to come back it hurts me to advertise it to others!! Frankly, a part from the place which is a little jewel, the calmness of the surroundings, the spectacular lake Como, what we appreciated the most is the kindness and proactivity of our hosts. They truly embody the ideal concept of what Airbnb should always be. Thanks to the whole family

Marco's villa is beautiful. Well decorated and plenty of rooms. Located right across the lake, nice place for morning and afternoon walk. You need to walk uphill to get to the villa, and the bedrooms are located upstairs. It might be difficult for the elderly. The Lido2.0 restaurant Marco recommended is a must try.

A great house for large groups (8-10 people). Especially the huge living area with panoramic windows and the well-equipped kitchen were unbeatable. And of course the pool in the lower part of the wonderful garden. Many thanks to you, Sebastiano and Guido, we all felt very comfortable!
