What a great place to relax after a long drive. Had so many amenities I wish I could have stayed longer.

Excellent and cozy cabin for an overnight stay or exploring the trails of El Morro and the ice caves. Even with a projected low of 19 degrees, we were comfy and warm, and the cabin had all the necessary amenities to get comfortable and sleep well. It was a great stop-over for the beginning of a weekend New Mexico trip, which we throughly enjoyed and hope to be back. Thank you!

I stayed here eight nights on a solo getaway. Place was cozy and comfortable. There’s a coffee grinder (good coffee provided), French press, small crockpot, microwave, and they let me use the gas grill. So with the Stagecoach cafe down the street for breakfast burritos and green chili burgers I was living a rustic dream. The caretakers were friendly and available if I needed anything. We even hung out in the cool little courtyard one evening swapping stories of our travels. Close to Ramah lake and El Morro national monument. It’s off the beaten path but most things are in this part of the country.

This was our third time staying here. We have only ever stayed for one overnight, but its so peaceful and conveniently located from the highway that its our go-to when traveling through the area. If you're staying for longer than a day, there is so much to explore just 20-30 minutes away in the El Malpais monument area. Or, even right down the street. This time we took an evening walk around the neighborhood. Its so quiet, and the scenery is beautiful. We can't say enough good about this location. The house is lovely, bed is comfortable, and everything is always clean. Thanks Michael for sharing your space!

Wow what a wonderful stay, so relaxing and peaceful, thank you! There were some Klondike bars in the freezer, which was a delicious surprise! Really appreciate it! Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

The room was great

We had a very enjoyable time at the Airbnb. The Airbnb is by our standards a bit unusual since it is "off the grid". We have never stayed in a place "off the grid" and it was a pleasant surprise. The casita was very comfortable and rustic. The large, covered porch made for very nice mornings and evenings. The Airbnb had everything we needed (stove, cooking utensils, and a sink that uses captured rainwater!). The lack of electricity was not problem (we brought a cooler for our food and head lamps for reading). It was a great stay. The stars at night were ....ummm... stunning. Also, our hosts were very attentive and made sure that everything was OK.
