You will stay in the middle of the countryside. From the property you can start a nice hike directly to the local mountain of the "Kampenwand" or You can simply enjoy Lake Chiemsee, which you can reach in 10 minutes (by car) or 15 minutes (by bike). From there you can take the ferry to the Fraueninsel (Women's Island) & Herreninsel (Men's Island). For romantics & horse lovers we offer carriage rides. Parties are not allowed with us as we live in the same house. We are looking forward to welcoming you for a relaxing vacation.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our lovingly furnished holiday flat (90sqm) in a new building on the 1st floor with underfloor heating is quietly located on the edge of the forest, right next to the Bavarian mountains and only a few kilometres from Lake Chiemsee - ideal for nature lovers, families and those seeking peace and quiet. A special highlight: From the front door you can easily reach numerous mountain pastures on foot - without a car. Start your hiking or cycling tour through the Chiemgau countryside straight away.

Equipped with everything important, you can savor your valuable time here carefree. Our apartment is located in Grassau within walking distance of the town center as well as the beautiful golf course and its surrounding nature. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. The nearest train stations are Bernau and Übersee. We are very much looking forward to seeing you!

MY STAY: Adventure farm between Chiemsee and Bergen

A special experience: This eco-apartment is located directly on the "Sepp'n-Bauer" adventure farm on Lake Chiemsee – various animals from small to large, farm tours, carriage rides and much more. Here, relaxation in nature is combined with beautiful moments on an agricultural estate! With a farm shop on the ground floor. Note: We ourselves are not the operators of the farm! These are two separate apartments in the same house that can be booked together for larger groups of guests.

With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. The large balcony offers a perfect view of the Chiemgau mountains and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is suitable for families, couples and groups of up to 6 people.
