The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.

A place for nature lovers. Our apartment is located in a traditional Lombard house in the authentic mountain village of Livo, above Gravedona ed Uniti on the northwestern shore of Lake Como. At around 650 meters above sea level, hikers and those seeking peace can enjoy the clear mountain air and quiet surroundings, while the lake remains within easy reach, about 15–20 minutes away.

For heating, we have a nice cast iron wood-burning stove, which is easy to light and immediately creates a warm and romantic atmosphere! Essential kitchen with microwave, American coffee machine, satellite TV. Tavern with vault and fireplace.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a 3 floor villa made up of a sleeping/dining area. Starting from January 2023, a tourist tax of 1,50 Euro per day for each guest of the property shall be paid.
