A place for nature lovers. Our apartment is located in a traditional Lombard house in the authentic mountain village of Livo, above Gravedona ed Uniti on the northwestern shore of Lake Como. At around 650 meters above sea level, hikers and those seeking peace can enjoy the clear mountain air and quiet surroundings, while the lake remains within easy reach, about 15–20 minutes away.

Recently renovated with an antique wooden attic. Large and cozy, with panoramic lake views and a bedroom on the mezzanine. For heating, we have a nice cast iron wood-burning stove, which is easy to light and immediately creates a warm and romantic atmosphere! This beautiful apartment is located in Gravedona ed Uniti, on the Northern upper West side of Lake Como, one of the most beautiful places in Italy. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 3 floor villa made up of a sleeping/dining area. Starting from January 2023, a tourist tax of 1,50 Euro per day for each guest of the property shall be paid.
