Holiday rentals with a patio in Gravedona ed Uniti

هذه المرة الثانية التي نسكن بها في هذه الشقة الرائعة هي تحفة بمعنى الكلمة وتقع في الجوهرة المخفية لبحيرة كومو في قرية ريوزنونكو مطابقة فعلا للصور القرية التاريخية هادئة جدا ولا تسمع ضجيج السيارات لأنها تعبر من النفق أما الإطلالة فهي الأروع على الإطلاق نستمتع يوميا بالجلوس على النافذة وتناول الافطار أو شرب القهوة يوجد شاطيء صغير في الأسفل كما يوجد شاطئ رائع مخفي في الجوار وهناك بقالة صغيرة في الأعلى بها كل الاحتياجات الأساسية وستجد بعض أجبان المنطقة أليساندرو كان رائعا ومتفهما وسريع الاستجابة وقدم لنا نصائح مفيدة سنعود دوما بالتأكيد حيث الجمال والاسترخاء والهدوء شكرا أليساندرو

The location is absolutely stunning and Pieter’s place is perfect - very clean with beautiful views of the lake and right next to GHT. The ferry terminal is also very close. There are also a couple of nice restaurants/ coffee shops around. We would love to come back.

Amazing views - sunrise, sunset, at night - all gorgeous! It's in a perfect spot: on the main road but also with a walking path right across the street that takes you to the lake. Frederica was incredibly responsive and very flexible with my evolving arrival times! As others mentioned, it's a steep walk uphill to the AirBnb which can be difficult with suitcases on narrow, cobblestone sidewalks but it's worth it for the view!! Recommend highly!

Die Unterkunft ist so toll gelegen, ruhig und ungestört als Eckwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse und kleiner Wiese. Alles war sehr sauber, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Rebecca war immer schnell erreichbar und das Begrüssungspackage mit ein paar Lebensmittel sehr aufmerksam und freundlich von ihr. Es waren extrem erholsame Ferien mit Baby und wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Elena is a wonderful host who is quick to respond. The home is right on the lake with breathtaking views. Elena ensured the home was clean and ready for our arrival. She was very kind to provide welcome prosecco, coffee and some snacks. Elena and her husband were kind enough to provide recommendations and helped by making dinner reservations for us. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I would recommend their property to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful location directly on the lake.

Liebe Vanessa und liebe Emma, wir möchten uns von ganzem Herzen für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Eurer wunderschönen Villa Emma, an der malerischen Piazza Giovanni Grande in Argegno am Comer See, bedanken. Wir haben einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in dieser paradiesischen Ecke vom Comersee verbracht. Vanessa.... deine tadellosen Informationen und deine wertvollen Ratschläge haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht und uns ermöglicht, das Beste von Argegno und seiner Umgebung zu entdecken. Emma.... dein herzlicher und persönlicher Empfang ließ uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen. Deine Gastfreundschaft war außergewöhnlich! Die Stadt Argegno hat uns mit ihren freundlichen und gastfreundlichen Bewohnern und ihren köstlichen Restaurants und Bars verzaubert. Die Villa Emma ist ein wahres Schmuckstück: wir fühlten uns in die Zeit der eleganten Belle Époque zurückversetzt. Diese Villa ist ein Traum für alle, die Nostalgie und den Charme der Vergangenheit lieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Claudia and Alessandro are excellent hosts, very helpful and kind 😊 The apartment is great, spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is fantastic. The bus stop, shop and restaurant are a few minutes away from the apartment. You can easily get to Bar Milano by night bus or via the Via per Perledo footpath.

Luca hat super schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich- der Ausblick vom 11. Stock ist abends wirklich fantastisch- die Lage war auch sehr gut - hatten sogar einen Platz vor dem Haus für unseren Camper (Ducato) gefunden. Ich glaube wir haben die beste Lösung gefunden für unseren spontanen Mailand - Ausflug. Danke Luca.

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

OMG we’re coming back asap!! The family (10 people) spent a great time there to celebrate my wife successful PhD defence. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft war wahnsinnig gut! Besonders die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Haus entsprach rundum unseren Vorstellungen und den Bildern. Die Einfahrt zum Haus war wirklich sehr steil, sodass man gut aufpassen sollte, mit welchen Autos man anreist. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Rückmeldungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sandra ist eine super freundliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist. Es hat sogar ein mit Wasser gefüllter Hundenapf bei unserer Ankunft bereit gestanden. Die Wohnung selbst und die Lage sind erstklassig. Der Ausblick auf den See aus der Wohnung und auch von der Terrasse sind einmalig. Der Zugang zur zweiten Wohnung im Haus war abgetrennt, so dass niemand mehr an der Terrasse vorbei laufen konnte. Dieser Punkt wurde in einer anderen Bewertungen bemängelt, trifft nun aber nicht mehr zu. Man ist damit sehr privat. Die Wohnung und Sandra als Gastgeberin sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Einfach unbeschreiblich schöner Urlaub dort. Maria ist eine warmherzige und liebenswürde Gastgeberin. Die Ubterkunft und der Blick übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Platz ohne Ende, Hängematte, Grillstelle, Terasse zum Frühstücken, direkt an der Natur mit dem wohl besten Blick auf den Comer See den es geben kann. Man muss gut zu Fuss sein, wenn man ohne Auto kommt. Es gibt einen steilen direkten Anstieg mit Treppen circa 20-30 min von Rezzonico, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. 200 hm auf circa 1 km. Die Straße ist flacher aber etwas länger. Man kommt mit dem Bus von Como ganz gut nach San Siro, aber die Pünktlichkeit ist bei dem Verkehr in der Hochsaison nicht machbar. Es gibt eine super Pizzaria im Ort aber auch selbst Kochen und den Blick von oben genießen ist perfekt. Durch die Höhe und den Wald ist es an der Unterkunft auch nicht ganz so heiß, wie weiter unten. Rundum: Wir kommen wieder. Danke Maria für alles <3

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Sikke en fin lille perle i Lenno. Helt fantastisk lejlighed, der lever op til billederne - og mere til! Udsigten er helt fantastisk, og den udendørs bruser er et kæmpe hit - vi brugte kun den i vores tid der💦 Lejligheden var meget ren og indbydende da vi ankom, og Leo var tydelig i sin kommunikation og klar med gode tips til området - også ift. parkering, hvilket var en stor hjælp, da vi ankom i egen bil. Lejligheden ligger i Lenno, hvor der er ro, men samtidig i gå-afstand ned til en lækker promenade, færgeleje, is, ‘strand’ og Greenway del lago, som vi kan anbefale at hike på. Alt i alt en fantastisk tid vi havde i Lenno og i særdeleshed lejligheden ☀️🫶

This Airbnb is lovely, very modern on the inside and in a peaceful location away from the city. It’s perfect if you want tranquility but still well located for things to do nearby in Lugano. The place was spacious and clean and perfect for us as a family of four.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We loved staying at Luca’s home. Better than what we could have expected! Great location, everything we needed was in the apartment. The building itself is spectacular with the exposed stone and beams. Luca was a fabulous host from check-in to check out. Thank you for everything!

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

Michele’s condo was perfect! We walked there easily from the Milan Central Station, enjoyed coffee on his balcony, appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and strolled the streets. Communication and check in were prompt and clear. We especially loved the elevator! Thank you Michele!

het verblijf was zeer aangenaam. Zeer netjes! Cindy reageerde ook als je iets moest weten en gaf je tips om het verblijf nog aangenamer te maken, ik raad het iedereen aan. Nogmaals bedankt voor het aangenaam verblijf!

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

Die Kommunikation auch schon im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und die Anreise war somit einfach und entspannt. Wir wurden, als wir ankamen, ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist toll und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Es ist alles durchdacht und fehlt an Nichts. Das habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und ich kann diesen Ort zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
