Laura was very accommodating and responded quickly to messages. I was also able to add a friend with her dog to the booking at short notice. When we arrived, we realized that there were no 2 single rooms, which became too cramped for us in the long run. Laura refunded the surcharge without hesitation. The house was very clean and cozy and we felt very comfortable. The view of Lake Mergozzo and the mountains is breathtaking. Thank you for this lovely stay

We are delighted with our stay in Prémeno, which is a very pleasant village. The accommodation was consistent with the photos and we were able to enjoy the balcony. We sympathized with Donatella, she is an available and very warm person that we really enjoyed. We highly recommend this cottage.

Cristina was very welcoming, available and friendly. I recommend it without a problem! The accommodation is clean and spacious, with all the necessary equipment, in a very cute area of the city.

There is nothing to add to the numerous positive reports, I can basically only repeat and confirm them! The house is very nicely furnished with a great, new bathroom, a very comfortable bed (double room 1st floor) and plenty of storage space. Although the house has no air conditioning, we slept well with the excellent shading (electric wooden shutters!!) and the fans despite high temperatures. The view of the lake is fantastic and we spent a lot of time on the well-equipped terrace! On the other hand, we found it very pleasant that you can easily reach all the restaurants and also the small lawn by the lake on foot. But apart from all the advantages of the house, one must especially emphasize the warm hospitality of Cristina and Paolo! Thanks again for this! I'm sure we'll be back in the next few years!
