Holiday rentals with a patio in Great Ayton

We're just back from our second stay at 10 Zetland and we love it. It's a perfect place from which to explore the local area, coastal walks and beautiful beaches. Or you can just see other people doing all that from the magnificent apartment view. We did a bit of both and were made to feel very welcome. Splendid.

Just enjoyed a lovely, family ,long weekend at Stephen and Bevs beautiful caravan. Bev was super helpful from start to finish . When the site electricity went off for a little while Stephen and Bev were on the doorstep super quickly to help and brought us a torch just incase. This weekend was very hot and they also brought us a fan as we had our young granddaughters with us. Can highly reccomend this caravan as we all decided it was the cleanest and was the best stocked place we have visited. We didnt really go very far as we had the beach on our doorstep so cannot rate the site facilities except for a well stocked shop and a tasty fish and chips van.

David was the perfect host from start to finish. Excellent communication. Flat was a home from home and great value. Plenty of room to spread out. Peaceful neighbourhood and a lovely walk into town through a treelined walk. Darlington had great amenities too. I would definitely stay again without a doubt.

This is a really beautiful property! Although one has to deal with many steps, the beauty and peacefulness and quiet are really worth it. It is comfortable, well equipped, and quiet, with a really charming balcony to sit on – a lovely view of the Abbey. Very easy access to town, beaches, et cetera. The host was helpful, and answered our queries fully and promptly. We would certainly recommend it.

The Guest Place was a lovely place to stay, perfectly appointed (with a really comfy bed!), spotlessly clean and in a gorgeous street. Walking distance to amenities and the beach too. Ann was a great host, communicated regularly and made me feel really welcome. I hope to stay again!

Great room with everything I needed.

The Annex in Catterick is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and really well equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is great for visiting Richmond, Northallerton and the Yorkshire Dales, and the hosts are super friendly. Highly recommended.

Wow! What a beautiful cottage in Staithes. The beds were super comfy, beautifully decorated throughout with everything needed for a self catering stay. The host David, was really friendly and met us on arrival to show us around the cottage. He even dropped off a pack of cards later in the day as we had forgotten ours! Stunning views on opening the lounge doors to hear the birds nesting in the cliffs and watch the tide coming in. We will definitely be staying again, soon hopefully! Thank you

Amazing location, easy walk up onto the moors or into Rosedale along the river valley. Beautifully restored and fitted out. Everything tool you could possibly need was provided in the kitchen. Peaceful seating area out the back and we loved seeing the rabbits and hearing the owls.

Lovely clean place, very homely, smart TV, nice bedrooms. Extremely comfy beds and pillows! The bedding was a bit thick considering its summer but slept great regardless. And the host was very nice and quick at responding

Lovely place, very spacious with everything you need. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful and there are a couple of pubs in walking distance.

The cottage is delightful, very clean and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. The location was great, a short walk to the city and we loved climbing the hill back to the cottage. There is a Sainsbury’s mini market within walking distance. Wendy was a great host and answered our questions promptly.

Idyllic four nights in The Shed. Nicola has the property resourced brilliantly and it was easy to feel at home with all the practical information she provided. The location is tranquil-days were spent enjoying the enclosed garden. The property is a nearby drive to a lovely village and market towns or you can venture further to Whitby or Scarborough. Thoroughly enjoyed our temporary home.

From the outset, this stay was really pleasurable. We had a few queries and the team at Cliffestones were very responsive and helpful. Directions were clear and we found the property without any problem. The house was pretty much spotless when we arrived and the hosts had left us a nice welcome gift of some luxury chocolate biscuits. The property was very spacious, well kitted out and very comfortable. The kitchen, in particular was really well-equipped and we spent quite a lot of time in there, playing games, chatting and generally chilling. The beds were extremely comfortable and the quiet surroundings meant that everyone slept well. The garden was wonderful - very colourful and peaceful and as we were blessed with great weather it was a lovely place to relax during the day. We had visited the local pub, where the service was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. Basically, we couldn't fault this property. We had a perfect weekend and we will definitely be back.

A home from home with a lovely view from the living room balcony doors. The setting is so peaceful but so close to the lovely town centre and great to have a parking space with the apartment. Lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. We would definitely come back!

I booked this lovely accommodation as a birthday get away treat for my parter. It was just what we wanted, quiet and cute village, clean accommodation and a private garden space which was beautifully kept. Good communication with Ruth throughout. We would highly recommend for a get away 😊

We had a fabulous weekend away with our 2 small doggies at Sophie’s place. The home was beautifully presented, and perfectly clean - both making us feel instantly welcome. The enclosed yard-style garden was great for the dogs as it allowed total privacy. With the patio doors open they could pop in and out as they pleased and there was no foot traffic past to disturb them. The kitchen was well stocked - we didn’t end up cooking as there was lots of lovely places to eat out but with plenty of cooking utensils/pots and pans ect, we easily could have done. The bed was super comfortable! Lovely fresh white bedding and clean towels provided. We enjoyed the use of the coffee machine and the ‘wonky pods’ menu was great to have a change of coffee option each day. A wonderful stay, would definitely be checking if this was available again if we were looking for a place nearby! I can see why other guests have stayed multiple times! Thanks Sophie!

I didn't meet Rebecca and Oliver in person; however, they were helpful and provided very clear instructions for everything. Their place is lovely, and very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was only there with my son for two days, but it would accommodate a family of four easily. The Nespresso machine and Netflix were a fabulous bonus. We didn't use the garden, but that looked very nice too. If you have small children, just be aware that the lovely ornate iron staircase may be a hazard. In short, I would highly recommend this place and I would love to return with the whole family.

Stayed here with a friend Friday-Monday and will definitely be returning! The location is about a 4 minute walk from the centre and is in a great location about 2 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment was absolutely spotless and had everything and more what we needed! It is in a nice, peaceful area where we felt safe and at home. This place is perfect for couples, families and friends. I have absolutely no criticism it was perfect!

Had a fantastic stay at Lee’s apartment. Lee was super quick to respond to any communication. The apartment was spotless, the location great and best of all it was super quiet. Nice patio to sit in the sun, comfortable bed/bedding, well stocked kitchen. 10/10

this flat was amazing for our short stay in Whitby. Val was a very great host, extremely helpful with her recommendations of what to do in the town. the place was very clean and we especially loved that we were able to use Netflix for a little movie night in! nothing to complain about.
